Allianz-Assistance Insurance and TicketMaster

Only giving a star because you have to, but it should be zero stars! I purchased 2 tickets through Ticket Master not knowing they are resell tickets. I opted to purchase the insurance offered to you several times through out your purchase just incase we couldn't go. Turns out, we can't go that weekend and just want to exchange for the next show. Unfortunately, you purchase insurance only to be told sorry you can't use it on resell tickets. Absolutely ridiculous! Why offer it if it can't be utilized. I called over and over and no one will assist. So unfortunate that you can't trust even these big companies.

Purchased tickets from TicketMaster, and with selecting, opting in, requesting, or even seeing, I also "purchased" ticket insurance from Alluanz-Assistance Insurance Company. When I tried to cancel the "policy' they emailed and said they would but no refund.
