We have reached out to this customer a few times, apologizing for the experience she hadAfter speaking with our nail tech she informed us that the little girl was not talkative so when we asked for what she wanted on her nails and there was no response she asked the motherWe did offer her a free service to have her come back in by someone else and have another pedicure but she refusedOur manager has spoken to [redacted] regarding the situation, and we would be happy to have her come back in to receive a service on usThank you,Polished Nail Bar

I'm writing in response to id number [redacted] Just want to notify the Revdex.com that this is not a nail disease and has nothing to do with our nail salon These were blisters and calluses on the feet, That she already had when she walked in to our salonWe ONLY worked on her nails nothing to do with her feet.We notified her of this but she seem's to not get it or understand.Please let me know if you need anything else.Thx

There have been NO attempts at contacting meThis is an absolute lieI repeatedly called and asked to speak with the manager on site and was told she was too busy to speak with meI would be happy to provide phone recordsYou have adults who can verify that the tech's behavior was abhorrent towards my daughterThis was not due to the fact that my daughter was "not talkative"She managed to speak just fine to the tech who was performing my pedicureShe managed to talk to the customer who was seated next to herThe tech working with my daughter made NO attempt at speaking to my daughterShe did NOT ask her about the polish choice, instead she angrily asked my sister-in-law which polish colorWhen my SIL responded "both" she then turned to me and again, in a very angry tone said "OK, so I'll just do this one" and held up one colorI said "Can you not do colors?" and when she said she could but she would need to know how she wanted it, I simply asked my daughter how she wanted it and she answered immediatelyAgain, the tech then put the polish on her nails and walked away without saying a wordThe tech's behavior made at least other adult women uncomfortable with how my daughter was treatedof us called into the salon to complain about itBlaming my year old daughter is insulting and completely disrespectfulAs I told the receptionist I spoke to, asking me to bring my daughter back into the salon for a free service is not a satisfactory responseI confirm this now as their response to the situation has continued to disappoint me and shows me there is no way I would bring my daughter or anyone I know back in for a service at their salonI will AGAIN say, I would like the money back for at least my daughter's pedicure, if not the entirety of our group as no one was able to enjoy the services due to the tech's behavior towards my daughter.

We have sent documentation from the owners accepting their wrong doing.  The one picture attached shows her feet at the salon.  You can see where they pumiced her skin and ripped it off.  It had since been treated to stop the bleeding.  The other picture shows various stages of the healing even a month and a half later.  All of those pictures were after the fact.  This has nothing to do with a nail disease, it is about them ripping my wifes skin.  As I stated before we are going to be taking them to court when I return to the united states.  I am currently stationed in germany.  I have documents from the owner and other workers where they accepted what they did was wrong.  They even said they would pay us and never did.  We will be taking them to court now.  We have a lawyer who is looking forward to hearing from us when we return.  I also have phone conversations with the owner that were recorded in which he states that he will not pay us now.

We have tried to reach out to [redacted] again since last Saturday 10/28, and again today 10/31 and left a voicemail regarding her complaint. We are waiting for her to call us back. Since the customer was not satisfied with the offer of a free come back service, we decided to refund her a princess pedicure plus the tip.
