This is the third time mr [redacted] is making faulse complaint he has even changed his name to [redacted] bais to make more accusations the mans house was in horrible conditions all we did was fix the foundation plus gave him free piers he wanted to save money so I gave him a discount because he was a border patrol agent plus his walls were rotten so I couldn't level house until he fixed them so he put our work on hold for three months I be bent over backwards to satisfy him but he did pay my men they stayed there until 1am in the morning he also suggested to two of my workers to steal my truck I be gotten a lawyer now going to sue him for slander no were on his contact says engineering report or permit the pictures he has are of an old home he has been gutting out to flip house he is a lair plus to iam finding out that he does the same thing to other contractors does pay them so pls be aware of this man he came to my house at at night hid from my key hole I had witnesses there when this happened don't know how to stop this man to leave me alone I also will stand behind my warranty don't know what else to do he's trying to ruin me a iam a small business owner and sure I might get a complaint after years in this business because you can't make everyone happy but I take care of all of them I ve reach out to him several times he's done other things also can't discuss my lawyer is looking in to it he told my men that he has also followed me during the day time I hope no one ever has to go through this it's horrible

its the same man [redacted] I sent you a copy of contract no were does it say get enginerr report of permit the house had no floors no walls it was unliveable when we got there you can ask the neighboors my men I gave him 2000 worth of extra work I also was going to pay for his floors the wood to be put down for free that also was not on contract you can see yr self he would not return any of my calls he paid my men the final payment whice says on contract when homeowner pays means the customer is satisfied iam willing to pay for the wood that I promised him for the floors put he will not answer his phone  iam willing to talk to him anytime next week just have him call me pls anything to try and make him happy within reason
