now her monitoring was up november we sent her a bill and a notice days later differnt phone calls with no responce then a letter to her no responcethis happened years beforeher parents asked for me to please turn her system back on so I didher parents have been a great customer
and friend matter in fact I put a new system in there home may weeks agoher grand parents ** & *** *** & her uncle *** *** are customers alsoall she had to do is respond instead of telling everybody on *** *** bad things all I dod was to respond.she is a spoiled brat and a user if it wasn't for her parents I would let her have ither parents, her grand parents, her uncle and her parents business a & a pool are all good customersSHE IS JUST A SPOILED B----

My alarm monitoring had been up before I contacted Allied Alarm in July yes, I did not renew my yearly monitoring with Allied Alarm for over a year however in July I contacted Allied Alarm to update my system IF NEEDED and start my monitoring again for securityThere was no talk of any old bills or issues in past, I have always paid my bill yearly with Allied Alarm and in July 2013 my bill of the new keypad, *** ***, yearly fee for *** *** and yearly monitoringI have a copy of my bill, cleared check from the month of July alsoI never once received a phone call for old bills or invoices from *** *** at Allied Alarm or any of employeesIf I owed Allied Alarm past bills and were to ignore calls/mail - why didn't Allied Alarm contact my work, my family or say something to when *** was stopping into my work socially? Allied Alarm charged me for a keypad that was to covered/swapped out within the first year of install, *** said each time I saw him he was going to stop by or have his employee install the new keypad by my kitchen doorAnd I was charged not once but twice for a *** ***, *** used my *** debit card for the *** *** yearly fee's - my *** card is still on file for *** *** to renewI contacted *** by text message and asked if his alarm system was compatible with others, no response from him by text or a phone call for over business daysI did yes ask a social networking site who they recommended for an alarm company, however there was no talk of anything of Allied Alarm*** then took it upon himself to post on social networking that he had terminated my monitoring, I do not pay my bills - all slander. *** not only posted on of his social networking pages but also Allied Alarm's Company page, which I had the site remove itMy husband and I tried to resolve the issue with *** by text, which we were both were constantly harassed by *** on text messaging in all hours of the day*** is very rude, calling his customers names and cursing nonstop, his reply to every text nearly is F* You/B*** etcI have copies of all text messages from both my husband's and my phone as well as all the social networking posts on different accounts, cleared check for the bill in July 2013, bank statement showing *** *** yearly taken from my accountThis matter involved Allied Alarm/*** *** and myself not any of my family who maybe friends or happy with his serviceI'd like to add also that it's impossible for my account and system to still be in his system and costing them money if it was terminated by Allied AlarmI had RSC Security install a COMPLETE new system in April, RSC said they had not seen some of the devices used by Allied Alarm in over years and my garage doors were wired incorrectly using ONLY nails with wire to hold the magnetsAllied's system is boxed up, all wires were cut and new boxes and keypad installed with newest technology available

1- she was not on vacation may we recieved a letter from her witch we sent back may 27,about updating her phone number for a & a poolso if she was on vacation how did she send a correction about updatingshe was also seen at store2- if the keypad was not replaced then why did'nt she call my cell phone is on hours aday as long as you do not block your number it will come to me and the office answers the phone hours aday also logs all phone callsshe also saw me at the palace lounge and told my girl friend & I expressed how happy she was we turned system back on3- if she wants to bring keypads to her work I will hook them up and show what a liar she is4- *** *** I bought at *** but she had to use her credit card to activate
as I said she is a liar and I guess I will have to stop at her house or parents store to tell her face to face since she is too stupid to call
5- warranty was on parts when she was monitored we had to suspened acct: when she filed to pay and keep phonethen her parents asked me to connect again thats when we installed mew keypad6- I called her, the office called her jamie, jen and after she never returned calls thats when I called her again we all left messagesletters to her home after sent to the store
7- we also have on record the monitoring station calling also
SO AS I SAID SHE WAS NOT ON VACATION, SHE NEVER ANSWERED MESSAGES OR LETTERS
I DO NOT DRINK DURING WORKING HOURS AND I HAVE NEVER DRANK AT WORKIF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH CAMERAS THEY NEVER CALLED ME BUT I WILL CONTACT HER DAD RIGHT NOWWELL I JUST TALKED TO HER DAD AND HE TOLD ME HE WILL NEVER CHANGE COMPANIES THAT WE HAVE A FRIENDSHIP AND A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSO AGAIN SHE IS A LIARI HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS YEARS AND NEVER HAD SOMEONE TELL ALL THESE STORIESNOW SHE WANTS TO GET PERSONAL ON OUR LIVES WE CAN DO THAT.
AND YES I DO THINK SHE IS A *** TO HER PARENTS AND NOW TO ME
SHE CALL ME ANYTIME BUT LIKE I SAID NO BRAINS & NO BACK BONEI DO CALL CUSTOMERS IN THE EVENING IF THEY CALL WITH A PROBLEM THATS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ONLY WHEN THEY CALL AND REQUEST A RETURN CALL

Review: Allied Alarm terminated the annual system monitoring before the contract was up. Contract was set on June 26, 2013 for annual system monitoring of $300.00. Allied Alarm then also installed the equipment for [redacted] Service for $78.00, Allied Alarm also charged $20.00 for 1 Year of [redacted] Service (The service tech who installed this [redacted] asked and used my credit card to pay for a year of [redacted] for $19.99) and installed a new keypad $245.00 - which from day one of install was never replaced by them after many phone calls with the screen being unable to read. My bill was paid in FULL on July 10, 2013 when I received my bill for the amount of $681.58.

Allied Alarm posted my personal information regarding my account by using my full name on social media website [redacted], claiming that I never paid past or current bills. Allied Alarm stated they had been sending bills for 3 months and friendly reminders which I never received. As I stated before my bill was paid in full for the entire annual year from June 26, 2013 - June 2014 and that my account was now shut off. The service tech who installed the [redacted] and reconnected my alarm in June also posted the personal information on his social media site on behalf of Allied Alarm but listing more personal information.Desired Settlement: Full refund from June 26, 2013. I was charged for a keypad that was told under warranty due to fading out on the screen and unable to read but never replaced, charged double for [redacted] and annual service shut off. Also all social media deleted as far my personal information listing my name and account information.
