Allied Appliance Service

This is the most disgusting company I have ever come acrossThey came out to fix an appliance, made me pay for parts up front, came back five days later to tell me that is was un repairableTold me I'd get my money back then did not hold true to that After numerous emails and phone calls with it still it being resolvedThey decide to accuse me or having escapades/relations with the tech This prompted me to reach my attorneyThey then tried the same lies as many others with my attorney, as well as threatening my attorney!!! Then I received a cashiers check for 1/the amount I paid and was told that was all I was gettingThis is a joke for a company!!! They should be ashamed and certainly shouldn't flatter themselves!!!

I called the owner/operator of Allied last week and spoke to him about the service call done by *** ***. I told him what the *** *** electrician said about the wrong gfi outlet that *** installed behind the refrigerator and I found out today that *** installed a relay that
was wired wrong. *** *** took off the gfi outlet and replaced it with the right outlet. This outlet was confirmed by a certified repairmen today that is fixing the problem. Allied was paid $*** by check for the first service call
*** came back out the following day and did something and left without giving me a invoice of payment due. The owner told me when I called to try to resolve the issue that I owned his company another $*** that was unpaid. *** was supposed to come another day to repair the refrigerator and didn't show after texting me messages he would appear so Allied's scheduler called me and said she would schedule an appointment time for him to come back out and I told to no, not to send *** but cancel the appointment. The owner told me I had until noon last ***, *** to give him proof that *** made a mistake in his service attempt then yelled at me telling me his company is one of three in the Houston area paying *** $***/year to be authorized to work on *** products. Also that *** has ** years experience and the owner felt I was misrepresenting the problem and ***'s attempt to repair the refrigerator
I called and emailed *** to verify if Allied is authorized by their company and ***'s two CSR's told me no Allied is not authorized by *** in *** *** corporate's office.
I personally felt bullied by the Allied owner and decided to file a complaint with the Revdex.com for resolution. I feel that Allied doesn't want to take responsibility to resolve this problem and I don't want to have any further contact with Allied. The owner at Allied also threatened to have me served papers for non-payment. I am also concerned that Allied will try to collect the $*** they feel they are owed through a collection agency and try to ruin my credit when I don't feel Allied is being honest about ***'s experience and professional accrediation in repairing my refrigerator
I would like to get this resolved but I don't want to feel bullied or threatened by Allied any longer. Thank you for your attention to this

BEWARE! The same owner Sophia [redacted] of Allied [redacted] Service formed another company in June 2015 called [redacted] (Repair) listed in Conroe. Similar to the other customer who wrote a review, the technician Daniel ordered 4 parts for my fridge for $443- which did not work, so promised a refund. Despite numerous phone calls and emails over the past year, still no refund. False residence address on filed DBA in Conroe, so constable could not serve her notice for small claims court.
