Ms ***, I am having a hard time understanding this complaintYou left Allied Auto Body happy with your repair then went to work and drove over a curb damaging your car againWhich you have admitted in your complaint and the damage is consistent of running over a curb then backing upThis consistency of this damage has been verified by us here at Allied, your [redacted] adjuster and even another repair facilityI am very sorry you have damaged your car again and that you fell that it is some how our fault here at Allied but it simply isn'tWhile we certainly appreciate your business, we can not be held responsible for damages to you vehicle after it has left our repair facility Thank you [redacted] Owner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The body shop is trying to blame the hole in the inner liner on my hitting something, and that is 100% falseThe guy at the body shop told me the liner fell because the bracket that holds the liner to the car itself was not attached properlyOnly when I returned the car to the shop(the next business day) was I told the damage was my fault and they were not responsible Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** did contact us after made repairs to his vehicle, including replacing the fender linerUpon his return we observed that the new fender liner that we put on his car after his accident had been damaged and subsequently fallenThe damage to the fender liner was due to an impact from
the right front tireWe reinstalled the fender liner for him at no cost, and we also pointed out the damage to the fender liner to himWe cannot be responsible for damage to parts we replace once the vehicle leaves our facility
