the garage windows provided by Verdun are too small The salesman measured the windows incorrectly In late May the salesman from Verdun Windows in Vars came to my residence and measured all the windows for my home as well as garage windows Initially he quoted windows that opened upwards and I had these changed to double hung windows I constantly contacted Verdun to install my windows and they kept telling me it would be late September or early October before they were installed Finally they were installed the Tuesday after Thanksgiving They installed all the windows except two windows One for the porch and the other for the north side of my home I spoke to the installer and informed him that the windows in my garage were too small and he advised that I would most likely be compensated and new windows ordered due to the salesman mistake I contacted [redacted] at Verdun and she continued to provide me with a date for installation of the remaining two windows but not a date

I was mislead by the sales rep at the time of signing the contract that I was looking at an estimated install date for October 2018. It's like once they got the deposit they didn't care. My contract says the estimate time is between 17-19 weeks. We are in October week 19 and I have not heard a word from the company as to a delivery date or any other customer follow up. I called the office today and they now state that the door may not be in until end of November (if that even happens). Then they will call 3 weeks before install to set up a time. I explained that I work for [redacted] and [redacted] and we need a definite time of the install to request the days off from work and they could not provide an answer. If I had known back in June that this company was unable to complete there contracts in a timely manner, I may have chosen another company.
