Review: This company signed a contract with myself and my mother that they would deliver a car that we paid $975.00 to have shipped by the April 11th, 2015 from California to Illinois. By Saturday I still didn't receive a follow up call from the driver or the company so I called the company myself only to find out that it wouldn't be here until Wednesday. They then went on to give me the worst customer service I have ever exp. They were extremely rude, kept hanging up the phone on me and wouldn't ever get back to me about what was going on with the car! Then I finally get a hold of someone in their upper management who treats me like I'm [redacted] I mean I've never been talked to this way by anyone I've paid close to $1000 dollars with. He hangs up on me twice when I just wanted to reasonably talk about compensating me for the week delay since the contract stated a specific date and it was almost a week later! Again they didn't even communicate to me that anything was going on! I needed to call them and check up where they put me on hold and then just kept hanging up on me. WORST WORST WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life!Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated(doesn't need to be full refund) for the inconvenience this caused me! If they would've called me to let me know before Saturday that the car was going to be late I could have made arrangements to get to and from work easier then wasting so much money on cabs!! Also when I spoke to the reps., I kept asking to talk to who was in charge and every time they said oo he will never speak to someone like you!! I said what a paying customer!?
