The problem is not with the provider I use to see but the way front desk staff and billing handle things. I was to be seen on a Monday and due to my back issues was not able to get out of bed to make it in so I called to cancel on the same day and I was informed that I needed to come in in order not to have a no show fee so I went ahead and scheduled for that same week at 1PM and when I arrived I waited but after a few minutes went to the front desk person to ask then she stated I was too early because I will not be seen till 3PM. I then told her no I was told be her it was for 1pm because of work and I would be leaving a little early to make it back to work because this would be on my lunch break. She was really rude and said it was at 3 and I asked her to cancel my next schedules appt. over the phone she said it was a 80 dollar fee then turn around and charge me 150 dollars for something that was out of my control because I could not get out of bed to even go to work. Then try to contact someone in billing and didn't receive a call back after 3 voicemails and over 20 calls. Then she tells me I have to pay the 150 which is fine but I should not have to pay any more then the 80 dollars for all the times the would schedule me on wrong dates and times and with the wrong person. It is unfortunate to have some get people working for the unprofessional and rude place. I still didn't get an answer on why it went for 80 to 150 but I will make sure to inform everyone of the way the practice handles these issues.
