1) Customer was explained about all work performedThe customer (wife) dropped off vehicle on 2/22/and
signed approval for work to be performedOn 2/25/customer (wife) was advised about changes to preliminary estimate that was authorized by her insurance company, per phone, and approved by herShop has email from her with this acknowledgement of changes2) Shop has all the receipts and invoices of replacement parts3) Windshield wiper nozzles where part of customer's insurance claim, and approved by her insurance companyOn 3/4/the wife was called by my manager, and informed that they needed to be replaced and were on order.4)Regarding customer's accusations of parts being tampered, broken or replacedThere was no reason for shop to perform any other work that would not have been paid for outside of the insurance claim5) Customer and their insurance company was kept informed at all times regarding repair completion and work performed.After investigation, the consumer's insurance company, ***, corroborated all services and work done on consumer's car
