I have received and read the complaintI responded to the customers initial complaint several months ago in writing and in personI am currently out of town and do not have access to photos and my field notes for this inspectionI will be returning next week and will respond in detail to the
customers latest complaint after another review of my field notes

To whom it may concern,My complaint with Allied Building Inspections is not closed as I have not received confirmation I will be receiving a refund that I requested. Once I do I will contact you to close the case. I am uncertain that the business will follow through as they are not pleased with my request. Until then I would like for it to remain open.
