[redacted] ,I have attached a copy of your loan information including the loan documents that you signedOn the 2nd page of the signed agreement, under "Billing Date and Billing Cycle":"The billing date ("Billing Date") is the first day of a billing cycle ("Billing Cycle")Your First Billing Date is the date of the initial credit extensionIf you receive regular income in bi-weekly or weekly intervals, as demonstrated by the latest income-verification information in our records, then your Billing Cycle will be every days."This statement comes directly from the loan agreement you signed, acknowledging your understanding of the agreementBased on this information, I would say that it is accurate that the due date will not be a static date (eg the 12th day of every month)Instead, as outlined in the agreement, the payment is scheduled in day intervals.I apologize that this payment arrangement is not suitable to your needsCompany would be unable to provide you a static date for repayment and will default to the agreement of payments presented in day intervals.Regards, [redacted]

Hello,I have investigated this complaint and would like to provide an explanationI believe this is a simple misunderstandingAttached you will find a copy of your payment historyI've added some boxes to outline the payment in your complaint and a column titled "Adv Amt"The Adv Amt column shows the amount of the payment that is applied to the principal balanceAs you can see, the entirety of the second payment made in June was applied directly to principalThis is a simple interest loan, which means that interest is accrued based on the principal balanceThe associate took the payment as an early installment (making you current for the next payment as well) instead of an additional payment (the July payment would have still been due)I apologize for any confusion this may have causedRegards,Customer Service

*** *** The total amount paid on 6/of $was not credited to the account as one payment,$for the scheduled installment payment and the additional $should have been applied to the principal. Thus lowering my payoff balance. They just applied it as an early installment payment for the next month,so they can continue to charge interest on a higher principal balance.I want the additional $paid on 6/applied to the principal on that dateThank you

*** *** ---11/7/Consumer calledShe is unable to open her email from Revdex.comShe wanted to know what was in our letter to herI read her the business responseShe said she talked to the business on Friday, confirmed her info, and they told her they would stop the callsI told her the complaint will close as resolved but if she has future problems with the business, she can contact us

Dear *** ***,
I apologize that you feel like the due date for your loan jumps around or arbitrarily changesI can assure you that this is not the caseIn your contract, under "Billing Date and Billing Cycle" it states:
"If you receive regular income in bi-weekly or weekly intervals,
as demonstrated by the latest income-verification information in our records, then your Billing Cycle will be every days."
This statement clearly states the timing for payments on the Line of Credit agreement you have with our store locationI spoke with the associate at the store who let me know they advised you of this when taking the loan agreement as well as when you made inquiries as to the payment scheduleBased on this information, we would be unable to assist in changing the agreement and will require the payments be made as perscribed in the signed loan documents
If you have any further questions please let me know
Regards,

Regards,
*** *** I WAS NOT advised of this verbally (Verbal agreements are not legal or binding unless lawfully recordedNone of this took place with my consent.) or in writing that my due dates would arbitrarily change on a whim due to a short monthI have my paperwork at home which I will scan and attach but nowhere in my paperwork does it say that due dates are not guaranteedAgain this is shady and un-ethicalI’d like to also add from the business response that scheduled payments are requested but yet there is no set schedule to abide byI’m told due dates are “Not guaranteed”I will reiterate that I have had many debt obligations with various billing cycles but one thing always remained, the due date was always either the first day or last day of each month unless I signed an addendum to my contract to change itIn order for me to make “scheduled” payments, I need to have a schedule hence the contractThe contract stated the 6th of every month and for whatever reason this changed without my consent

The total amount paid on 6/of $was not credited to the account as one payment,$for the scheduled installment payment and the additional $should have been applied to the principal. Thus lowering my payoff balance. They just applied it as an early installment payment for the next month,so they can continue to charge interest on a higher principal balance.I want the additional $paid on 6/applied to the principal on that dateThank you

Dear *** ***,Thank you for contacting Allied Cash Advance.Company investigated your complaint and discovered your loan was paid in full 4/3/As a result, on 9/14/15, Company mailed a request to the court system to correct and remove the judgement filed under your namePlease allow ample
time for the request to arrive and be processed.Company apologizes for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.Sincerely,Nei B***Customer Complaints

I'm having difficulty understanding how a due date can shift( Never in my life have I ever had a bill arbitrarily change the due date, unless it is to get more out of the customer.) I attribute it to the predatory lending practicesI have attempted to resolve this here ( I guess I have to involve the media as wellConsidering I have paid over $on a $loan and still owe over $Then I'm told that my due date would vary? People BUDGET for such things.) and what I wanted was very simple indeedIt's what all my bills have, a due dateAgain, none of this was explained to me ( And I did ask questions.) and from what I read, my payments were to be due on the 6th of every month as reflected by my past payments

I visited the 28th street location in Grand Rapids and the lady I talked to was KarlaShe was very rude and treated everyone like they were rded and makes it seem like they don't know anythingI'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure you would want to treat customers with respect so they will come back againI however will be paying back my small loan and never returning to this placeThanks

Hello,Thank you for reaching out regarding your line of credit. As stated, this is a line of credit that is similar to a credit card. Interest is applied in billing cycles. At the end of the first cycle, the interest accrued was assessed. We apologize if this was not made clear to you at the time of...

your transaction. While this is outlined in your contract, we have provided your concern to our District Director over that store who will provide coaching to ensure that the explanation is clear to all consumers entering into this product. Regards,Customer Service

Hello,Unfortunately, your claims are inaccurate. Please review the payment history that I attached to the previous response. Clearly the payment was applied on the same day and went 100% to principal. I have reviewed your account personally and assure you that the interest calculations are accurate. The label on the payment is irrelevant to interest calculations; it doesn't matter if it's listed as an "extra payment" as opposed to an "installment payment" for the sake of interest. Your second payment on 6/30/17 was applied entirely to principal and would have absolutely reduced the interest accrued on the account by the time of your payoff 7/31/2017.Regards,Customer Service
