I have never dealt with such an unprofessional establishment, ESPECIALLY a doctor's office. I called 10 times in the matter of two days because whenever I asked for information and they said they would call me back, they didn't. I was trying to get a prescription refill. It was originally only for 6 months, for something that is usually prescribed for a whole year. Since this prescription is based on a procedure that is only completed once every 1-3 years, I figured 6 months shouldn't be a problem to get it refilled. Again, after not calling me back, I had to follow up with them. They said I had to come back in for the same procedure previously done 6 months prior. This seemed like they were trying to gouge my insurance! When I was finally fed up, I asked Rachel (the receptionist who had been answering the phone each time) to transfer my information to another doctor's office since I will be going to a different doctor, she hung up on me! I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. I will never go back, nor would I ever recommend this office to anyone.

I had a accident hired lawyer and the lawyers wanted me to go to allied clinic in the process I fired my lawyers for neglect and for senting me to that clinic because 3 trips never seen the doctor so I call them so I could get copies of the bill they refused. what they do is when u fire your lawyer they hold your bills until they go to collection so the court can make you pay since you no longer have a lawyer and extra money for going to collection.Their clinic is nothing but a prop like in the movies. It looks like a clinic but its not just a place lawyers corey b. trotts to be exact sent you for 3 months in and out in 30 minutes flat with no help to the injury. Now I have no lawyer they won't give me copies of my bills thats unheard of so they can get paid. This needs investigated ask anyone thats been there just haven until you get your money allied get half lawyers get their portion and you left with whats left over and they haven't rendered any services. still dont have copies since 3/7/14Desired Settlementcopies of my medical bills so they won't go into collections and increases the amount that it's already is. Only went to what they call therapy three times dipped hand in to wax let it dry 20 min out the door feeling the same allied clinic is a joke donot PASSBusiness Response As per our conversation today regarding the above, please note the following:Mr. [redacted] was represented by an attorney that referred him to our facility for physical therapy treatments following his automobile accident. During the course of his treatments, Mr. [redacted] "fired" the attorney that represented him in an attempt to break the attorney/patient contract and lien associated with his case.In addition to the attorney/patient contract and lien, Mr. [redacted] also signed an Authorization of Benefits which we use to protect our interest. This Authorization of Benefits allows us to bill insurance companies directly in the event the patient severs the relationship with the attorney. Mr. [redacted] contacted the clinic requesting copies of his bills. I informed Mr. [redacted] that it is not our practice to provide bills to the patients, and I requested the name of the insurance company and adjustor so that I could submit the bills directly. Mr. [redacted] declined to provide me with this information. After several weeks, Mr. [redacted] contacted me with the information, and I am now communicating with the insurance adjustor to settle this matter.Mr. [redacted] failed to keep or stay for his appointments to see the doctor. Mr. [redacted] came to Allied Clinic four (4) times. The initial visit to see the doctor was on March 11, 2014. On this date, Mr. [redacted] left informing us that his wife was having a baby. On April 2, 2014, Mr. [redacted] was scheduled to see the doctor. We were later informed that he was in [redacted], Tennessee. Several attempts were made to reschedule his doctor appointment, but he always had something to do when the doctor was at the clinic. If further information is needed, please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.Sincerely,[redacted]Collections ManagerAllied/South Memphis Clinics
