Your response does not address the substance of my complaint My point is that the sales rep misrepresented the offerHe specifically said that the contract could be cancelled with no early cancellation penalties incurredAt no time did he, or anyone else, indicate that I was being asked to sign a contract with a third party, in this case *** *** Global Leasing
Second, your sales rep made a personal guarantee to me that my effective rate would never be more than 2.5% of transactionsIn the months that I used the service I never received that amountIn fact, I had to call your customer service center after each month's billing to complain and get an adjustment on my account so that the fees would then equal 2.5%Your customer service rep, Jhered Roberson, was courteous and professional and repeatedly apologized for having to keep adjusting my accountHe was never able to explain why I would have been promised 2.5% flat rate...that he had no knowledge of such a policy.
Third, page section of the contract clearly indicates the nature of how my merchant service practices are set up, "Customer calls and card is hand keyed or entered on website"Your sales rep asked pointed questions about my needs, how I receive payments, etcNothing in any of my comments or answers to question could reasonably have been construed to mean that I have need of a card readerI have never used one and had no plans to start using oneDespite your sales rep direct knowledge of this fact he chose to include a card reader in the contractFourth, you assert that voice confirmation was received to confirm the lease of the card readerI recall a phone call from someone claiming to be on behalf of the merchant services provider that I was agreeing to do business withI don't recall any specific language about a year, non-cancelable contract, nor have you provided any evidence to support the claim

In June 2016, I was approached by a salesman who worked for Allied Commercial Financial named *** after many times phone call about their credit card processing service *** told me about their service, compared the rate, usage of the credit card terminal, and I told her my concern is the term length of the contract and the third party terminal lease *** told me at beginning, the contract is for years and the lease for terminal is years, and I told her that if that is the way, I won't use the service, because I told her I will work overseas after one year, then she called her supervisor right in my office, and to get the permission to avoid the service and terminal lease term, after the phone call she told me she got the permission and they will provide the service without any limitation on the length of the contract During the contract signing, she told me she took off the section of the service term, but the equipment term is done by the third party, just go ahe

I used this company to run credit cards for my small businessThey put the "price" credit card lease on my credit report, and it's showing up as a loan with missed paymentsWhen I brought it up with my rep he said "this happens sometimes and it's not supposed to." I would have NEVER signed up for this company if I were aware this would have potentially been an issueI have asked several times that this be removed, and filed it as a mistake on my credit report
I was also not told I would be charged for the machineEvery other company I've used in the past I was never charged for the machineSwitching to this company was one of the worst decisions I made during my years running small businesses

We spoke with a Sales Rep from this company back in December and decided to move forward with their services The Rep knew that we were going to be off for three weeks at Christmas, yet he pushed for us to sign the contract We signed it not realizing that we were going to be charged for the equipment for a month even though we were not planning to use it He also GUARANTEED me that at the end of the day (after all fees and charges) that I would be paying 2% He also told me I would be able to invoice from his system and have the ability to print to the kitchen We started using the service and NONE of this was the case I received my first bill after using it and it was at 4% He then told me he was going to get me a credit for approximately $160, which was for the month of service we were signed up for and never used it It was also supposed to be $for the equipment charge to compensate me for the bill being at 4%, instead of the 2% promised We got our next bill and we

I was offered merchant services from Allied Commercial Financial and the sales rep said I could cancel at any time if I was dissatisfied, and that there would be no cancellation feesAfter months, I canceled the serviceBut another company is claiming that I have a contractual obligation to lease their card reader for years, that it is "noncancelable"There is a section of the existing contract, which is pages long, that does specify these terms...in fine print
I feel the contract was blatantly and intentionally misrepresented by Allied Commercial FinancialNot only did their sales rep never say anything about another company having a contractual claim against me, but the language for that part is buried in the contractDuring my meeting with the sales rep I was asking many questions about what would happen if I should decide to cancelI was a bit wary because he was offering me a preset rate of 2.5% regardless of volume of activity on the account, or what kinds of car

Was lied to by a high pressure salesmanHe coherced me to try a product for two months promising me no commitment and that I could return it if it didn't fit my company needsAfter the trial I told him I couldn't use itHe then informed me that I was in a year lease at 35$ per month and that I could not get out of it Never did he say he was signing me up for a lease and all his information was the exact oppositeHe completely lied to me and misrepresented the factsHe also was in a big hurry and had me sign papers without time to read them I found out later that he has done this to others and he needs to be stopped

does not live up to contract; ;no available remedy as all numbers go to voicemail with no call backs Fraudulent practices praying on small businesses You never get a resolution as they take your funds

Attached is a copy of the signed Merchant Contract On page section the states the Lease Term, Lease Charge and Annual Tax Handling fees It also states "This is a non-cancellable lease for the full term indicated" In addition to the signed contract, we require that all
customers complete a verbal verification where the terms of service and contract are verbally agreed to by the customer Let me know what if any other information is required to resolve this matter As it stands now the merchant was made well aware of the terms of the contract prior to signing, as well as verbally reiterated and agreed to at the time of installation

We are working with merchant to find a resolution.

We are looking into a solution and communicating with merchant.

Attached is a copy of the signed Merchant Contract.  On page 2 section 6 the states the Lease Term, Lease Charge and Annual Tax Handling fees.  It also states "This is a non-cancellable lease for the full term indicated".  In addition to the signed contract, we require that all...

Your response does not address the substance of my complaint.  My point is that the sales rep misrepresented the offer. He specifically said that the contract could be cancelled with no early cancellation penalties incurred. At no time did he, or anyone else, indicate that I was being asked to sign a contract with a third party, in this case [redacted] Global Leasing.
Second, your sales rep made a personal guarantee to me that my effective rate would never be more than 2.5% of transactions. In the 3 months that I used the service I never received that amount. In fact, I had to call your customer service center after each month's billing to complain and get an adjustment on my account so that the fees would then equal 2.5%. Your customer service rep, Jhered Roberson, was courteous and professional and repeatedly apologized for having to keep adjusting my account. He was never able to explain why I would have been promised 2.5% flat rate...that he had no knowledge of such a policy.
Third, page 1 section 2 of the contract clearly indicates the nature of how my merchant service practices are set up, "Customer calls and card is hand keyed or entered on website". Your sales rep asked pointed questions about my needs, how I receive payments, etc. Nothing in any of my comments or answers to question could reasonably have been construed to mean that I have need of a card reader. I have never used one and had no plans to start using one. Despite your sales rep direct knowledge of this fact he chose to include a card reader in the contract.
Fourth, you assert that voice confirmation was received to confirm the lease of the card reader. I recall a phone call from someone claiming to be on behalf of the merchant services provider that I was agreeing to do business with. I don't recall any specific language about a 4 year, non-cancelable contract, nor have you provided any evidence to support the claim.
