Allied Credit Solutions

My investment in restoring my credit was not done. Ripped off!
Upon extensive research and months of reading reviews of numerous credit restoration companies, I decided to choose this one. I initially spoke with someone at this company 4/2/19. At that time I spoke with a counselor who went over the program and told me once he review my credit reports then he can determine if they could work with me. A few weeks later once I received my reports, sent them to Allied I was told they can work with me and restore my credit. I was told it would cost $1407. Total! Well, I paid that. In a nut shell, they removed 3 things off my credit and these were accounts that I could have removed myself! I do not see any improvement and now I'm spending more money getting my credit taking care of. I am asking for my money back minus $150 (for the account) they did remove. This was suppose to be a credit restoration and nothing has been restored!

I paid $1300 December 2016 for credit repair to my account. I was quoted a number my credit would hit. Services were not rendered.
December 2016 I was quoted what they would do for my credit after reviewing my report. I was told this would take 4 rounds taking 45 days each. This is now the end of August well exceeding the time frame with very little results to show for. Work was done to my account, i'm not disagreeing with that. The results they promised were not delivered which shows on my credit report.
I was in touch with Larry *** the week of August 7th. Larry had stated he would be in touch regarding my request for a refund. I have since then, called and emailed Larry numerous times with no response.
I appreciate your assistance helping me recover half of the money paid.

I did not get the service that was promised and that was advertised. Tim Spuirrier said he was going to help improve credit within 6 months or money back. He also stated that through-out the process he was going to contact me upon changes and did not get those contacts. He stated that I would get approve for a house once he was done, but all he did was added disputes on my credit and left them there. At the end on the 6 months I reach out to Tim and he did not have much to say. He didn't even apologize for what had happened. This company does not render what they advertise.

Drafting my checking account without my permission and have waited for 1 month to refund my money.
Tim *** who works for Allied credit Solutions stated that he would terminated my services in April 2017 and my checking account would not be drafted any longer. Allied credit solutions did not draft my checking account May 2017 but they turned around and drafted my checking account June 2017.
Mr. assured me that I would received a refund. As of to date , he has been avoiding my phone calls. I have left several messages and he has not responded. Tim stated that *** the owner was going to refund my monies but I have not received any monies as of today.
