Mr [redacted] scheduled an appointment with our office on 8/23/ When he made the appointment, over the phone with [redacted] (office manager), he was advised of the charges he would incur We do not offer free consultations; neither have we ever or currently are advertising free consultations for any dental services After his visual evaluation, I, Dr [redacted] a, advised him that to fully evaluate his dental needs, I would need an x-ray of his jaw He consented to the x-ray My dental assistant [redacted] is witness to this discussion, who also advised him of the additional cost of the x-ray; who then took the x-ray after his approval.Mr [redacted] claims that he has called multiple times to the office That is in-correct This can be attained by the office's front desk team We strongly attest that we did not offer any free services to Mr [redacted] and that our fees and evaluation fees are fully justified and do not agree to Mr [redacted] 's claim, and do not agree to the requested refund He was fully aware of all charges, before any evaluation x-ray was done
