I recommend that you hire a licensed contractor for your inspection*** failed to identify so many crucial items that I don't know how he could miss them because they were right near the attic access point and he cost us a devastating about of money*** *** failed to identify a wood structure from concrete block, one part of the house was held together by plywood you could enter by taking the plywood down, he failed to identify the trusses were 65%-75% eaten by termites and could not support a new roof, he failed to identify the duct work was outside of the AC ducts, he failed to identify mold, water damage & buckled floorsAs a result of all of these things, we did not qualify for insurance on the house*** refused to share if he has insurance & would not provide to us and refused the opportunity to file a claim, but we have everything documented from our contractor of what was not on our inspection reportHire someone who is qualified and that has insuranceDon't make the terrible mistake we madeI googled him after we found all of these things no on our inspection report and saw similar complaints about him onlineAll the contractors that came to our house said, why didn't you hire an inspectorUnfortunately, we hired the wrong one recommended by our agent
