We have made arrangements to repair *** *** vehicle

am now waiting to hear back from Rountree Moore Ford for their decision on reimbursing me on my complaint.

We have been in contact with the customer and come up with a resolution that he is happy with.[redacted]

 thank you for you help, no one would contact me back about this matter as soon as the message was forwarded they got ahold of me and I was able to cancel the warranty...thank you so much!!!

The [redacted]'s have been contacted and adivised on the cancellation process.  I would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

I am working with [redacted] to come up with a solution that he will be happy with.
