am now waiting to hear back from Rountree Moore Ford for their decision on reimbursing me on my complaint.
We have been in contact with the customer and come up with a resolution that he is happy with.[redacted]

thank you for you help, no one would contact me back about this matter as soon as the message was forwarded they got ahold of me and I was able to cancel the warranty...thank you so much!!!
The [redacted]'s have been contacted and adivised on the cancellation process. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
