I am rejecting this response because:I did speak with Mr. [redacted] and informed him that for the most part, the pickets were repaired but when they adjusted the gate, the latch no longer raises high enough for me to open the gate.  I cannot open my gate.  I spoke with him on 10/26/2015 and he was going to call me back.  Have not heard from him.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not able to open the gate after repairs were made.  Spoke with Mr. [redacted] today 10/26/2015.  He stated the latch needed adjusting. He was going to call me back.  Have not heard from him as of 8:53 pm.

I've spoken to Mrs. [redacted] and [redacted]e (Allied Mgr) met her onsite to discuss her concerns. We found that there was nothing wrong with her sprinkler system.  We did correct the warranty issues (fixed gate and replaced pickets as discussed onsite) last Thursday 10/15/15. After completion, we followed up by email but have not yet heard back. We apologized for the lack of communication as a result of new scheduling software transition.
