Horrible company Had to call several times to even get someone to call me back let alone come out The tech was super rude and talked down to me He did not write everything wrong on the report and now if there is an issue I have to pay another deductible I had to go through them from my home warranty I called home warranty to complain and hopefully they will drop them Beware they also charge you a credit card processing fee When I asked about it he said "I'm not paying the fee you are!" Would not recommend them, stay way!
