responded by sending a rep out to look at the floor, there appeared to be no damage or problem with any tiles that we or they could find. They informed our Rep that there was a water problem but no water was present and that would be a structural problem with the building, being that we installed this floor over three years ago and no complaint of water was ever mentioned to us till now. (which has nothing to do with the flooring). Our Rep informed them that there was nothing that we could do but he gave them his card with his cell phone number in case they need to get a hold of us in the future. Sorry again
