I do not know what to say? I just can not believe what MSG has done! I do not know where to start so I will start at the beginning
In my father *** ** *** purchased a season's subscription for the New York RangersThru out my childhood and into my adult life I have considered my self a Rangers season ticket holderIn I decided to purchase my own season's subscription for me and some friends(my fathers seats we used for clients at the time) Over the years me ,my family, friends, and clients have enjoyed many New York Rangers moments at MSG(*** *** *** *** *** joining the team, *** *** trade, winning The Stanley Cup, hockey Allstar games, W*** *** trade* *** ***, and retirement raising banner night's and the list goes on and on
That bring's us to the Owner caused lock outs (there have been a few of them) I supported the New York Rangers and MSG during all of it !!! This is
After getting cleared through security metal detector and bag check with my family I was rudely and unprofessionally stopped by a security person who yelled and physically got close to my face when I asked if I could leave my foldable scooter with securityHis response was no and that I had to leaveEven though I cleared security and my fiance and our son nervously and anxiously we're watching close by waiting for me to comeI never got to go watch the show and missed out on memories with my familyI got disrespected, embarrassed and felt threatened, treated with the most unprofessional attitudeThere were a some good staff and security that brought me to a different checkpoint just a few feet away from said oneI checked in my scooterI wish that security officer that got in my face would have informed me about that option as he did not and said I could not enter and had to leaveI went to enter different check point only to get stopped and barred from entry at that check poin
I attended the 2:Christmas Spectacular on 11/**After about an hour, I got up to use the restroomWhen I came back, The Rockettes were in the middle of a performance so I was standing by the door so I wouldn't interrupt the experience for any other guestsAn usher asked me what I was doing and if I was in the right placeI said "yes", my seat is *** and I don't want to interrupt other guests by going to my seat in the middle of a performanceHe then proceeded to DEMAND to see my ticketI then had to find itThen he talked about me to another usher and "what to look for in the future..."The entire he was talking relatively loudly and other guests were beginning to look at usHe was definitely interrupting the show for numerous people.I don't understand why he did this and why he choose to interrupt the show for so many peopleIt was extremely rudeI was so offended, I ended up leaving the performance
I accidentally ordered tickets to a Knicks game on 1/** when I intended to buy on 1/** I tried to cancel my order within minutes of realizing mistake and ordered replacement tickets but MSG refused to honor a refund Tickets were purchased via Ticketmaster however Ticketmaster contacted Madison Square Garden repeatedly and I was told they could not help
Eric Clapton - sec - $seats - no leg room, no mention buying ticket of limited leg room
Pole of electronic nature blocking feet of our view - no mention of obstructed view
I stood in entranceway entire show
Security guards not helpfulNo place for a big guy to sit and watch show
In sales and telling everyone I know to never go see a show there again
Feel really "used" $took a long time to save and I got screwed
