Allied Heating & A/C

I had a person from Allied Heating &AC LLC come out to maintenance my boiler. Before leaving I was told that I would be needing a new boiler, quoting over 3500. I was left puzzled as my local energy company never found anything wrong with my boiler a few days before they came out. Not knowing much about boilers, and trusting Allied Heating & AC to have integrity in telling me the right thing, I decided to look around for more quotes for comparison. Another local HVAC contractor came in and found nothing wrong with my boiler. He showed me how the person from Allied Heating & AC didn't even fully clean out my boiler. Your supposed to be a trusted company, but not if the people performing the jobs are lying. I will never use or refer Allied Heating &AC again.

Allied heating does not have human feelings at all.

All their mode(s) of operation is based on selfish and bureaucratic efforts.

I called my home warranty on Saturday morning when my furnace suddenly stopped working. A technician was sent in from Allied and he shuts off the heating systems to our house, despite the wind chill advisory for the past 2 days.

I called HSA and was told they did not get any report from allied since Saturday, and that there's nothing they can do for me until Monday morning.

For God's sake, everyone in Wisconsin right now that heat system should be treated as an emergency. but on the part of allied, they waited for over 48 hours to report back to HSA. all that matters to them is their deductible payment.

they are not concerned about a one year old and 3 year old left in a house without heat for 3 days.
