Allied Heating & A.C.

Allied Heating & AC installed a new air condition unit and blower in my condo in 2009. They were a contractor provided through [redacted] homeowners insurance. I did not have a choice of who to work with. The outside unit is supposed to be sitting on a cement slab, the slab was never replaced or it has sunken and the unit is now sitting in the dirt. I have called 6 times over the past month to request assistance with this issue and still have not received a response. There is a 5 warranty on the parts but only a 1 year warranty on the labor. I am very displeased with their labor regarding the installation of the blower unit. It is located in the ceiling and when they replaced the former unit they had to increase the entry opening. When they installed this they cut through a supporting beam and removed. My ceiling is now sagging. Not only do they lack the integrity to stand behind there work, they lack the customer service and respect to return a phone call.
