This company has violated me as a patient on a number of different occasions. They are refusing to bill my insurance company that referred them to me a and secondly, they have violated a federal offense by violating the HIPAA Law. When trying to obtain a copy of my medical records this company refuse to give them to me indicating that I would need to pay the account in full. This company tried to force me to use one of their legal attorneys so that they may get a kick back from my injuries
the company said that, by law, they have 30 days to provide the records. The company also noted the records have been provided to the consumer.
