In response my records show that he did't call.The number he used for texting is a land line and was not for textingThe e-mail is find and there is no records of him e-mailingAlso they never sent any letters or complaints from Mr ***Mr *** did'nt make any complaints until month after the season was doneAnd not during the seasonThere is no way that Turf Care by G*** would have known if there was any problemsWe have over the last 20yrs.we always take care of any customers complaintsWe have close to a customers and rarely ever not be able to to take care of there complaints

Once again our records show Mr *** receive all his applicationsWe have no records of him calling during the season for any missed applicationsOne thing I did find out from one of our technicians was that he saw another company removing our flag and replacing it with there's I will pay Mr *** half of his money back $But a would like to state Mr *** called our company a scamWe have been in business for over years and try our hardest to do the best job possible but with over a customers we sometimes make mistakes and we try our best to resolve any matters

I have no idea what he is talking aboutOur records show we received no e-mails no text no phone callsWe be in business for yrs, are email works our phone works our text works. our records show he received all his applicationsI have no idea what he's trying to pull hereThis

It is clear that he is not going to come clean with the fact that he never did more than two lawn treatments, when I paid for fiveHe also never took the time to learn the borders of my yardGreg still contends that he slice seeded my yard, I have pictures showing otherwiseThe ground surface was never broken with his so called "modified dethatcher"I was also in my home when he said I was watching him the whole time, once again a statement from GregI am only accepting his offer of refunding $because I want to be done with "Turf Care By Greg" once and for all! I'm writing about [redacted]s concerns about his lawn. [redacted] became a customer on 3/9 of this year. He received his first application in early April which included weed control pre-emergent fertilizer. [redacted] called in middle of May with concerns about weeds. Because of the timing of his call I moved his...

second round up and did it the next day. His second round consisted of weed control, fertilizer and his grub control application. Also included was his free tree and shrub application in his beds. His next application was late July and consisted of spot spray weed and iron with slow release fertilizer and tree and shrub. On September 27 [redacted] sigh up for our early bird special slice seeding. His slice seeding was done on 10/7. At that time I spoke to [redacted] on his lawn for about 15 minutes. At no time did he ever mention that he hasn't received all his applications or his grub control or tree and scrub application. I completed his slice seeding then overseeded his yard and applied his fall fertilizer all while he was watching I also cut his grass at that time also. He did have a concern about my slice seeded. I take a dethatcher and sharpen the blades which in most cases works better than any slice seeder. [redacted] call about 2 weeks later and left a message to call him back which I did and left a message. He return the call back abbot a little over a week later. We finally connected and had a 7 min conversation about his lawn. The same concerns he has in his complete It was on a Friday and I was in my truck I told him to call me Monday that I had to check my records when I get back in the office. At the time of our conversation I told him I would redue his slice seeding if he wanted and he declined. [redacted] never called on Monday and filed this complaint  a few days later. My concern is he wants a refund of $219.00 for work that he received. At the time of the phone conversation I offered to refund his slice seeding any missed applications. But my records indicate he's had all applications except for his winterizer which I would refund $39.00 for a total of $138.00. Reason is he never said any problems concerning his program when we talked on his lawn before his slice seeding and why if he wasn't receiving his applications would he sign up for more work .  Turf Care By Greg has been in business for 20 years and we strive to do our best for every customer were not perfect but we try. To Mr [redacted] complaint. A letter should have gone out explaining  that one of his applications were missing and would be adjusted on next years invoice with apology and a free slice seeding. For some reason he did'nt receive one. I will send a $40.00 refund today. We at Turf Care By Greg try...

I am finding it hard to believe that Greg sent back a response filled with so many outright lies. Greg was here in May to kills the weeds that he missed with the first spotty treatment and said nothing about fertilizing anything (grass , trees, or shrubs). He once again said he sliced and seeded my yard on October 7, 2015. He did no such thing! We did speak face to face for 3 minutes, not the 15 minutes as Greg states. I told him that I just cut the grass and dethatched my yard. Once again he randomly pulled his dethatcher (not a slicer) around my yard and didn't remotely break the the surface of the soil required for seeding. I talked to him on the phone for 8 minutes about how unhappy I was with the results on October 30th. He first got caught in a lie about telling me that my fall fertilizer was mixed in with the random/spotty seeding that he did. Several minutes later he said he hadn't done the fall fertilizing and that he still needed to do it! Well, which is is it Greg? You already did it or you need to come back and do it? Greg also states that he offered to to reduce my slice seeding payment of $99 and any missed applications, he made no such offer! He said he was in the car and HE WOULD CALL ME BACK the next day after checking his service records. In his tall tale he said I was to call him on Monday, again not true. I gave him a full week to call me back before I filed my complaint on November 6, 2015. I am holding firm in wanting a refund of $219 because I will not pay for work that was paid for and not done!

I received one initial application.  That is it!  To insinuate I am " trying to pull" something here, is insulting and makes my resolve even stronger.  They don't have any records showing they gave me any service besides the initial first application.  If they do, they are fabricated.  There has been no indication of any application, that is to say, they never left a "Warning" flag in the yard stating there had been chemicals applied, nor a receipt stating that they applied an application.  Other than the initial application, I have never seen signs of an application such as fertilizer on the ground, smell of weed control etc.  I work out of my home so I am home a majority of the time so I would think out of 5 applications I would have been here at least once during an application, furthermore, my lawn had broadleaf weeds throughout the summer.  I have tried emailing them, the message comes back undeliverable.  I have texted G[redacted] and gotten no response.  The number I texted to was [redacted]  [redacted].  If this isn't resolved to my satisfaction I will take them to small claims or get an attorney.[redacted],

I have read the attempted response from Turf Care by G[redacted].  Proof reading the content or "auto correct" would have been helpful in being able to understand what he is saying.  In response, as I've stated before, my last attempt of contacting G[redacted] was September 24, 2015.  This is well within the "SEASON".  I have and had tried numerous times calling, texting and e:mailing this company.  I only texted when the other attempts at communication, such as calling and e:mailing, didn't get a response.  I don't know any other way to explain that the e:mail address comes back as "UNDELIVERABLE"!!!!  I even personally visited the address on his brochure which turned out to be a UPS Store in a Kroger complex.  My assumption is it's a mailbox at UPS.  I will also state, once again, other than an initial "half service", according to G[redacted], on April 24, 2015  THERE WAS NEVER ANOTHER SERVICE DONE ON MY LAWN!  The reason I can unequivocally state that is, I work out of my home and although I did see G[redacted]g finish the first service and there was a flag in my yard stating that chemicals had been applied to my lawn, I never saw G[redacted] again and there was never another service throughout the 2015 season.  Also,  I never saw, nor had a flag put in my yard again or any residual fertilizer on the pavement etc. nor a chemical smell and there were more broadleaf weeds than I have ever had.  Since there were no flags stating that chemicals had been applied, which I believe to be Ohio Code 901: 5-11-09 this also clearly indicates either the service was not done or there was a violation of said code. In closing, I have thought about taking G[redacted] to "Small Claims" court, however, my time is much more valuable than the money G[redacted] has taken from me without delivering the service,  plus the aggravation I've endured, which I think is part of his strategy.   My best remedy for resolving this issue is by letting the Revdex.com know and my neighbors, and anyone else that's looking for a lawn care company, to steer clear of this "fly by night" outfit.Respectfully,[redacted]
