I was contacted by the Jiffy Lube manager, [redacted] at the Uvalde location asking for my Vin number, weeks agoTo date I have not received any more calls, nor does Jiffy Lube customer service answer hotline calls, only recordings to leave messages and calls not returnedI have been very patient waiting for resolve by Jiffy Lube, but they have not been cooperative in repair of damaged parts by their customer service team, which leads me to believe they do not want to cover costs of negligent damages by their companies employeesI would like for a representative from Jiffy Lube Corporate offices to contact me and discuss repair of my vehicle to resolve this issue amicably, before any further escalation of the matter outside of Revdex.com involvement
