Allied Meats

This customer may be the victim of fraud which is beyond control of Allied Meats When customers purchase with Allied Meats using a ND EBT card we have no way to verify if this is truly the customers card ND EBT cards do not have a raised lettering of the card holders name and the
signature panel on the back of the card the name is usually worn off or can be erased and resigned If a customer purchases with an active card it's pretty safe to say the card is not lost or stolen When a mobile EBT transaction occurs an offline food voucher is filled out with the amount of the sale and the customer signs the receipt In this case the customers signature matched her ID The customer in this transaction received her product.This sale was reported as fraud and I submitted the receipt for the fraud department to investigate If this was not her EBT card but the receipt was signed by her then she is pretty much caught red handed This gentleman complaining confronted me for a cash refund However EBT money cannot be exchanged for cash it can only be applied back to the card which would be up to the fraud department Furthermore what proof do I have that this was actually his card?Also like to add that the complainer admitted he knew she had the card My guess is that he sold her the card for cash Clearly he needs to stop abusing the system, and just use the free hand out the way it was intended
