I cannot believe you give this scam operation an A+ rating They lie their way into a sale They got us to buy because we told them that we go on two vacations a year, one to Vegas and one to Hawaii Our salesman told us that's great because they have a brand new resort in Hawaii That's where he signed up the previous year Of course, when we finally got all of our information, there are no resorts in Hawaii There are no resorts we would ever go to When we called about it, of course, that salesman is no longer with them and they have no idea why he would have told us that When we actually took our week at the Grandview, parking was atrocious They put us in a new building that they didn't actually build enough parking to accommodate When we checked in, they told us that we were one of the first to stay in this "new" building and would like us to review it the next morning They would even buy us breakfast at the casino next door I asked if this was a sales meeting, and they said no I reiterated how unhappy I was with the last sales push and I would not waste my time with another one Again, they said, no, they just wanted us to fill out a review and they would buy us breakfast I asked if it was a group breakfast or if my husband and I would eat alone at our convenience They said they would just give us a voucher for filling out the review and we could eat whenever we wanted When we showed up the next morning, we were told to wait for our assigned salesman I told them that I didn't understand I had told them that we would not be sitting through another sales meeting It took us about an hour to get out of there, with about different "managers" coming out to talk to us In the end, we left with no breakfast If their lies, deceit, and lack of accountability for their actions make them an A+ business, then that makes me sick We are now stuck paying $for a room that I will never be able to get rid of
I wish there were more people like Don and businesses like 41st Auto ltdUnlike Dons competition who has taken advantage of me in the past I totally trust and respect Dons appraisalsAt 41st Auto the work is done on time, on budget and high quality work I have and would again recommend friends and family to get there work done at 41st
Don is a very reliable, honest, and knowledgable mechanic. He never takes advantage of the situation, and gives you the actual reality of the car situation/problem. The dealer insisted that we change the timing belt, and we were also convinced and brought the car to Don, but after inspecting, he suggested not to change it because it's good for another 50K KMs. Wish the car dealer service reps could learn a thing or two from 41st Auto.
