job minimum is $96 plus tax.   Thus, cleaning only one bedroom would not fulfill this job minimum requirement.  On Monday, when I was updating the crew’s paperwork from Friday and Saturday, I recognized a note from Ms. [redacted] in the “comments” section of our crew’s invoice.  I called Ms. [redacted] on Monday (10/9/17).  We discussed the issue.  I explained that we had a job minimum of $96.  She explained that this point hadn’t been properly explained to her over the phone.  First, I apologized about the miscommunication.  Secondly,  I obliged with her request for a refund  and I issued her a check for $38.97 (check #4662).  She was happy with our resolve. The check was issued on 10/10/17 and cashed by Ms. [redacted] on 10.25.17.  The matter is closed.    [redacted]
