Interviewing those who did the walk through and checking the video of the apartment, I think, is a good path forward to see whether or not the charge of *** for cleaning is an appropriate amount to deduct from my deposit

Management office has already spoken to the roommate of the customer writing this complaint this morning in our officeWe have informed *** ***, that we would be having one of our custodians to clean up her apartment, from where the water damage had damaged the said apartment
Whenever, an unfortunate situation occurs like this, the apartment is always cleaned and a carpet restoration company will tend to the apartment as well. The staff member, to clean the apartment from the mess, was able to already tend to the apartment, as we stated that we would have a member of our team out right awayCurrently, *** ***, a carpet restoration company, is in the apartment to extract any water, (which would include any water present underneath the carpet), clean with chlorine, and deodorize and sanitize the apartmentThe statement, saying our office refused to do anything to fix this unfortunate problem, was not correct Again, communication this morning has been held with the roommate of the resident writing this complaint*** ***, did in fact contact our office to speak with upper management, and they were currently in a meeting and are awaiting a phone call back to our office, since no phone number was left, to return the call, and we were informed that the resident called from work and is currently at workThis situation has been handled to the best of our ability and is still currently being handled to clean up the mess that was left from a plumbing issue in the building

Your deposit was printed by our accountant and returned to our office on Wednesday as was told to youOur owner has to sign and approve all deposit refundsThe check is in our office, just pending signature from our owner on approval of the refundWe are returning your deposit refund as you were
denied due to background criteriaThe deposit should be ready today or tomorrow for pick up, as we have to wait until our owner is in office to sign off onI apologize if you feel as though you are getting the run around, it is just not that simple, as one may think, as there is a process that must be followedYou will be called later this afternoon or tomorrow, as soon as the deposit refund is released to the front deskThank you for your patience
