I have only been with this company for months and am completely unhappy with the customer service and the overall insurance provided from Allied National Global CareFirst of all you cannot get in touch with anyone, be it the Provider or the benefit and claims departmentI was trying to get an MRI and the health care facility could never reach them, for a preauthorization, after multiple daily attempts over a two week periodI tried and could not get through eitherWe both left messages to return the call and NO ONE called either of us back to dateThank God this was not a serious issueI have sent a cancelation notice as I cannot have this type of health care insurance for myself or my familyRidiculous! I also called the company that sold me the insurance and they can only direct me back to Allied NationalI fee they are a scam business only taking your monthly payment and leaving the patient to suffer!! Please stop this company form hurting anyone else with their bogus claims of service!!

I am in the process of setting an appointment with a physician and the doctor's office staff nor I have been able to reach anyone at any of the phone numbers provided on the back of my insurance card
I purchased the insurance coverage through a company called Nationwide Health Advisor, and I have not been able to reach the person there Her name is Kelly, she gave me the toll free number and extension to reach her This has turned into more of a scam
I paid $474.93, plus a one time enrollment of $the day I spoke to Kelly and they debited my account the following month for $ Now, that I need to go to a doctor, I can not reach her at all
The only thing I have found that they seem to be an expert at is collecting the monthly payment
I hope anyone looking to obtain insurance coverage reads the reviews first

Told them I had a prescription when I filed the plan and then they used that as a preexisting condition and denied all my dr visits Terrible company and total crooks

I think they should be put out of business because they take you money for premium payments but when a claim they don't want to pay it I had emergcery surgary and after one year they still have not payed the claim an then they send me a paper asking about something that happened 30+ years ago the company that writes these policys for them should be put out of business with them because they can give you any answer to any questions an tell you have to talk to allied national but they sure know how to take your money for fee's to write it and you can never get a answer from allied because no one will answer the phone and if you do get lucky to be able to speak to someone it's the same answer you got the last time to me they are both crooks DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! BAD NEWS

This is the worst company ever!! You can never get ahold of anyone at this company to discuss you claim or insuranceTa been months since my initial doctor visit and they have yet to pay their portion of the office visit after I paid my $deductible plus they don't cover labs eitherThey are rude and never answer their phones and/or their phone always has a recording that states something to the effect of "all circuits busy" every time you call doesn't matter what time of day I have paid over $in lab fees because this insurance company doesn't back their promiseAm currently searching for another health insurance
