Revdex.com,The permit has certainly been obtained, we would ask that the customer let anyone on the production team (or in the office) know if they still haven't seen it To our knowledge the engineer has approved the construction and the letter should be drafted shortly Any other concerns may be addressed by contacting the Director of Operations for the Austin/San Antonio division.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Revdex.com,To our knowledge, all permits have been obtained and given to customer, all inspections have passed, and all of the work is complete We would ask that Mror MrsGreen connect with our project consultant regarding final payment.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business has made contact with us a few times and initially agreed to reduce the price As of yesterday, we were told by the salesperson that because they obtained the permit from the city, he was not willing to give us the reduced price They still have not, nor are they going to get this approved by our HOA as their advertisement promises We asked for the owner's phone number ( [redacted] agreed to the price reduction) but the salesperson (***) would not give it Seems like internal communication is lacking The owner/manager said one thing in our last phone call and the salesperson is acting as a roadblock Thanks for your help.Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com,Please have this complaint transferred to the Allied Outdoor Solutions registered with the "Central, coastal, Southwest Texas and the Permian Basin" Revdex.com office (rather than the one in Metro Houston) Our Central Texas Director of Operations has made contact with this customer and is working to get the situation resolved We will also verify that we are properly registered with the city.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
My complaint is not resolved *** has made contact with us, but we are still negotiating a resolution Also, I called the development office this morning and this business is not registered Further, a permit was not pulled for my property and because a structure was attached to my house, one is required This is getting worse by the day. This case should not be closed Once we come to an agreement and the work is finally done (satisfactorily), we will gladly allow this case to be marked "resolved."Until then, stating they are "working on it" with us is not an answer
Regards,

Revdex.com,We are working to resolve this issue with Mrs*** and apologize for any inconvenience As she mentioned, there was an internal miscommunication following the release of our reseal coordinator We have reached out to Mrs*** and are working to setup another meeting to ensure we
are all on the same page With regard to the desired settlement, we're happy to reinstate her project warranty and conduct any warranty related repairs free of charge, however any items not covered by the warranty (including reseal services) would still incur a cost With that said, we certainly intend on working with Mrs*** to reach a resolution we can all live with We again apologize for the hassle, and hope to bring this to a speedy conclusion.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

I am rejecting this response because:  The business has made contact with us a few times and initially agreed to reduce the price.  As of yesterday, we were told by the salesperson that because they obtained the permit from the city, he was not willing to give us the reduced price.  They still have not, nor are they going to get this approved by our HOA as their advertisement promises.  We asked for the owner's phone number ([redacted] agreed to the price reduction) but the salesperson ([redacted]) would not give it.  Seems like internal communication is lacking.  The owner/manager said one thing in our last phone call and the salesperson is acting as a roadblock.  Thanks for your help.Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com,To our knowledge, all permits have been obtained and given to customer, all inspections have passed, and all of the work is complete.  We would ask that Mr. or Mrs. Green connect with our project consultant regarding final payment.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Revdex.com,Prior to this complaint, we had not heard from this customer since their previous repair.  As always, we would be happy to come take a look at any issues again.  We would ask that they fill out our "Maintenance Request Form" at the link below, and someone will be in contact to schedule...

a visit.  We are unable to address any options until a site visit has been made.  Strength comparisons to concrete are measured in PSI, and are not indicative of "crack resistance".[redacted]Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Revdex.com,The permit has certainly been obtained, we would ask that the customer let anyone on the production team (or in the office) know if they still haven't seen it.  To our knowledge the engineer has approved the construction and the letter should be drafted shortly.  Any other concerns may be addressed by contacting the Director of Operations for the Austin/San Antonio division.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Revdex.com,We agree that there is a significant structural crack in the concrete that caused the Carvestone above it to crack.  While unfortunate and outside of our control, we can usually offer a couple of options to address the situation and to our knowledge we filled the crack as requested (see post from 10/22).  If they would like any additional work or repairs, we would ask that they contact the repair team to schedule another appointment to discuss further.  Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions

Mr. [redacted],Though unfortunate and frustrating, concrete cracks certainly can happen with any concrete pour regardless of how long it has been down.  With that said, we apologize for the miscommunication surrounding the epoxy treatment and Bradley has left a message with you to re-schedule....

If you have any trouble getting in touch with him in the future, please let our office know and we will make sure it is addressed quickly.Regards,Allied Outdoor Solutions
