We did not tell the customer to put heating pads on the openers. There is no such thing. The openers are the correct openers for the doors. We confirmed that with our Vendor. Again, we did not tell him that. The problem he is having is due to...

the building itself. The problem is condensation leaking from the roof on to the operator. We have agreed to put covers over the operators. We agree that the bill was paid in full, however, the work was performed 9/13/14 and the invoice was paid in full 2/14/15 after we sent several statements.

brian from allied called on 09/07/15 and stated that he would be out the following week to correct the problem with the openers. we did not hear from him until 10/05/15, at which time I was in the midst of baling hay and told him that he would have to call back to schedule a time to come out. his statements in his response are totally false, the statements he made to me are correct as to the information he gave me as to the installation and type of openers for this building.. also, again he inspected this building prior to installation and was aware of the type of building it was. I paid half of the bill on 09/09/14 but did not pay the balance until later due to the issues with his product and service. it will probably be months again until he contacts me again to complete his service on the openers, as that is how he has demonstrated his "next week" promise. I am just fed up with the quality of the products he sold me and with his "prompt" customer service. I relied on this company to install the correct products and for them to just work the way they should and to provide some type of customer service.
