I attempted to contact the concerned party for details that were not provided - such as the location where they parked, time they entered, time they paid and time they exited.  Also, if they have a receipt for their parking.  Customer has made no attempt to follow up.  I am unable to...

My name is Brian [redacted], General Manager of Allied Parking and when following up on this matter I have found the following. On 7/21/15 check number [redacted] was cut for the refund on this matter.
Normally refunds do not take this amount of time...

and normally do not take this amount of time. We are sorry for the delay. Allied Parking feels this matter has been resolved.

The customer access card was deactivated in the months of December and March due to the credit card being declined. Our company only has one credit card on file for every customer and we do not store more than one credit card for each customer....

In December the customer decided to park on the street after his access card was deactivate which resulted in him receiving a parking ticket for reasons we do not know. The customer could have pulled a parking ticket and entered the parking ramp. Then he simply could have visited the parking office to handle the credit card update. Allied Parking can't be responsible for actions we have no control over.
The $60 initial overcharge was corrected. The parking ticket will not be reimbursed. The access card/start up fee of $25 is a fee and not a deposit. So, there is not a refund due.
Since the customer was unhappy we allowed him to cancel his parking contract immediately without the required 30 day notice.
Allied Parking considers this issue resolved and finish.

As emails I have two credit cards on file her emails received. In my car and then expect me to park inside place that the Activated my card and pay $20 a day yet greedy [redacted]. If they would do their job correctly we will never have a problem but they're incompetent as long as nobody parks and then I'm fine with it my card was never declined they just can not do their job as they are drug Useres and not worth the on the day. They tipped me off and I am not happy as they can not do there job as I have all emails stating they [redacted] up
