Back in April of 2016 Gregg came to my home as another leak detecting company said I had a sewer line leak in my kitchen. Gregg actually did an entire test of my sewer line and proved that my sewer line had no leaks, he could have cut up my slab and charged me thousands like the other company was going to do, but Gregg of Allied plumbing was honest and thorough in his test of my sewer line . If you are looking for an honest, accurate and a reliable plumbing / leak detecting company I would highly recommend Allied plumbing . Gregg is trustworthy, respectful and competant!

The owner Greg contacted me on Sunday to set an appointment to take care of plumbing work I needed done. He never called to let me know that he would be delayed. Each time that the expected arrival time approached, I called and he told me he would be delayed, but he would make sure we got our problem taken care of today. This occurred 4 times between 2:19 PM and 7:19 PM. At 7:19 PM he told me he was "40-45 minutes out". He did not arrive nor did he answer his phone when I called to find out where he was and why he didn't arrive when promised.

Greg was dishonest and poorly responsive. After I filed a complaint with my insurance company (though whom he is contracted) he did arrive after 9:00 at night but refused to do any work. He defended his lack of professionalism when I simply pointed out that "it is pretty late". He is personally not very professional or responsive. Refusing to do work that you are contracted to do is a huge negative red flag that any future people wanting to hire him should consider.
