Review: We ordered a toilet and sink for a field party last year. It was delivered as expected. We called for them to pick up every few months and it continued to sit. Luckily it wasn't in our way so we just didn't fool with it. Well a year goes by and it had spent months laying on its side due to a wind storm. When we needed a toilet and sink for a party this year we specifically requested that when they deliver the new toilet they take the old one away. When they didn't show up on the scheduled delivery date my husband called and was never called back. I called and they failed to return my call. When I called again they said the driver was not in my area to deliver but he would be there the next day (one day before picnic). When the driver arrived (later than the scheduled delivery time) he did not bring a new toilet and sink. He was just going to clean the one that had been sitting in the field for a year. When I got home from work I inspected the toilet and it was not clean. There was toilet paper stuck to the bottom of the toilet paper dispenser. I took pictures and attempted to call the business just before closing time. No one answered so I left a voicemail that was never returned. I called again and they provided me with an email to submit the photos I had taken. The manager called me back after seeing the photos and basically said that since we accepted it when the driver was there it was our fault for not checking it better. Our party was at the end of July. It was hot and my husband said the driver did the best he could at cleaning it in an empty field. My husband did not have much of an option as far as accepting it. If he hadn't we would been without a toilet that we needed for our picnic.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount paid $157.96 and I would like to have the toilet removed from my property ASAP.
