action would not resolve my complaint.
I have received nothing from the soccer club except the initial rejection of my request for reimbursement of half of the tuition fees. This initial rejection is the reason why I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place. I still maintain that the club did not honor its end of the contract, specifically in the following ways:1. One trainer for 25+ boys aged 6 through 10. The age span alone warranted two trainers out there.2. Trainers did not show up for games as promised3. When trainers did appear, they coached both teams ... at the same time.4. Assigned trainer for practice was absent much of the season.5. Daughter was strung along in promise of a league for her age which did not materialize -- because I believed a team would occur for her mid year, I enrolled my son. When no team materialized, I withdrew my son, feeling essentially lied to about the situation.6. Communication from Albion was minimal, on the best day, throughout the season.7. Trainer at practice focused on the older boys, leaving the younger boys to fend for themselves. Due to their ages, practice for the younger boys was largely a waste of time.I have emails, texts and conversation recollection with other parents about many of the above issues (particularly numbers 7, 3 and 4). I am hopeful that Revdex.com can facilitate a refund of half the tuition paid; my next move will be through small claims court, as I do maintain that Albion did not live up to its end of the contract and is in breach. As such, I am actually entitled to a refund of the FULL amount under Texas law, not just half; Should I pursue small claims court, I will seek the full amount, plus attorney's fees and court costs.
