Dispute Resolution Specialist:To provide some background on this file, this account wasplaced for collections in December We mailed her our initial collection notice and she responded by phoneto us in February 2012, asking for a copy of the bill for review We mailed her validation of the debt thefollowing day We made several follow upphone calls to her and [redacted] responded by telling us that she willcontact her insurance carrier and she will get back to us once she has doneso We did not hear back from [redacted] until August **, In thatconversation she again told us she will be contacting her insurance carrier andwill get back to us On August **, we received a call fromher insurance [redacted] ; the representative told us that he willbe sending us a denial that shows NO member responsibility On August **, 2015, we received the denialfrom [redacted] which confirms no member responsibility We spoke with [redacted] and advised herthat we are closing the account and will be deleting this off her credit reportbased on the denial from her insurance carrierI emailed her a confirmation letter as per her request At this time this matter is closed with deletion from hercredit report and no member responsibilityIf there are any question or need for additional informationplease don’t hesitate to contact me at ###-###-####Thank you,TNeil C***Asset Maximization Group, Inc

2015. Both of these notices were mailed to the address indicated on this complaint. According to our records, none of these notices came back to our office as non deliverable by the ***.
