The rental agreement does NOT state ANYWHERE that when the insurance is purchased only damage to the car is waivedThe agreement explicitly states all responsibility is waivedTherefore, again, the money pulled is unauthorized and fraudulentNo one at the company is returning any calls or emails made by me or my State Farm claims agentNo one will respond to show me WHERE in the agreement it states the claims they are makingAll they are doing is making things up and then hiding

Good Evening, I apologize for the delay on your claimI will reach out to the claims representative and ask for the status of your rentalAfter having spoken to the claims representative, the damage that you are being charged for is newWhen the vehicle was checked out the Agent did a walk around
with you, the customer, to make sure that all existing damages were notedAlso, the Before pictures show that the front bumper was correctly aligned and secured in place When you returned the vehicle, the agent that checked the vehicle in, noticed that there was a new crack on the bottom edge of the vehicleYou refused to file a claim and that has delayed the refund of your depositIf you would like to reach the claims department make sure to leave a voicemail, and you can always contact us online at [email protected] for a quicker responseTo clarify your misunderstanding, we as a company do not rent out vehicles with previous damage and then try to claim it as new damageAll of our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before and after being rented to each customerPictures are also taken before and after each rentalIf we find new damage it is because we have concrete evidence that proves that the damage was not there before the rental went out If you have any further questions you can reach us at [email protected]

This is a respond in regards to Mrs*** Rental of the Nissan Quest. When the vehicle was returned to our
office , the customer asked us to immediately take them to the Airport . When we checked the vehicle in, there was additional Damages under the Bumper. These damages was not on the vehicle at the time the customer rented the vehicle from us and it was not noted on their ck out formIn addition we checked prior contracts and these damages did not exist until she returned the vehicle to us In regards to that we charged the client $4,That is not correctThe only charge to the customer credit card was the original $539.66 There is $original deposit on hold until the Damage fee is collectedOur office tried to get additional authorization , but the card was declined I apologize for any misunderstanding between our office and Mrs***The client credit card has not and will not be charge for any additional fees and once the insurance company pays the damage, the deposit of $will be returned

Good Morning, We are sorry to hear that the customer feels that the Check-Out inspection was not satisfactoryNevertheless, the vehicle did return with new damage, and the pictures that we have supports our decisionIt seems that the customer has already taken further steps to resolve this issue, but should the customer have any further questions we can be reached at [email protected]

Hello *** ***, we are so sorry that our service failed to meet your expectationsWe understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience; however please understand that any citations on the car during the period that the car was in your possession is your responsibility
That also includes all Toll Roads ViolationsAll of all branches offer toll road transponders for your convenienceWe even have a sign for it on the front countersWe asked you if you want to waive it and you said yesYou actually asked us to waive all extra charges on your contractIn California, signs for toll roads are very visible on highwaysEven if you don't have transponder you can still pay for the toll either by going through cash lines or pay online withing daysAll is explained clearly on the toll signsYou passed the tolls roads times and didn't do any effort to pay for the tollOur office received the violation tickets and paid for them before the due dateBut it takes time to match each violation to the right contract Once we match a violation with a contract, we charge the credit card in the fileThis is what happened in your case tooAgain we are sorry that you are going through this problem, but as mentioned you passed the toll roads and you are responsible to pay for itSincerely,Allied Rent A Car Customer Service

Dear *** ***,We are so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with our company, but toll roads in California are optional roadsThere is always an alternative road next to the toll roads that you don't have to pay for themAccording to California Law, miles before you enter a toll road,
you get notifying sign that you can exit now and use toll-free roadsmile before the transponder reader poles, there is a sign that tells you can go online and pay for your tollsEven if you pass a toll and didn't know how to pay for it, you could call our office the next day and we would tell you how you can pay onlineAll of our offices offer the toll road transponders for being more convenience when you go on toll roads, but you don't need them necessarily when you go on toll roads, you always have the option of paying them online within daysAgain I am so sorry for what happened that made you so frustrated, but our company has already waived the penalty and has charged only the $processing feeThere is no scam going on and everything is clear and simple as I stated above.Sincerely,Allied Rent A CarCustomer Service

Yes, our company does eventually receive the money from the Third Party websiteHowever, when you book the reservation you are booking through the Third-Party websiteSo, any changes that need to be made has to be through the Third-Party website, unless you book directly through usDebit Fees are a per day surchargeOur rental agents are trained to be as specific as possible with customersIf a rental agent failed to mention that it was a daily charge, then I apologizeBut all the charges are stated on your contract, which is either e-mailed or printed at the counter I understand that you receive the deposit once you return the vehicle, but in our experiences not every customer is able to leave the amount specified for debit cardsWe try to work with the customer when it comes to deposits in order for the person to get the car rental, but as stated before we never force anyone to rent with usPeople always have the option to cancel, even after they have signed the contract

It has been more than weeks and I have no doubt that the car has been rented several more timesI have left a total of voicemails and emailsWhen I rented the car it was darkThe entire car was scratched, dinged, or damagedWalking around with a cell phone camera flashlight to inspect the car is not satisfactoryWhere the agent said the damage was was not inspected during the walk aroundWe never opened the hoodHad we inspected under the hood we would have seen that the front end of the car was secured with zip ties and screwThe Nissan emblem was missing from the front of the carThe grill was black with the other accents being silver, which lets me know that the car already had pre-existing damageI did call my insurance as I left the car companyI was advised that if I filed the claim I would be admitting that I damaged the car, which I didn'tI left my insurance information so my deposit should have been returned to me within a few business daysI pay car insurance for a reasonThis business has an F business rating for a reasonI was told by an agent on one of my many attempts to contact claims that the claims office is really busyI wonder way? At this point I have retained a lawyer and I took plenty of photos as wellBut thank you for responding to late

Once again you are caught in...

your own lies. When I contacted Allied, I was told by the customer service attendant that I paid [redacted] for the initial rental. I was also told that if I called [redacted] and they changed the rental from three days to one day then Allied would refund the two days that the car wasnt used. When I called [redacted], they said that the charges were billed straight to Allied/Economy Rent A Car. The [redacted] rep asked me to call back to Allied and confirm this. Once again, I called Allied and they told me the same thing, so, I called [redacted] one more time and the [redacted] rep got the same Allied rep on the phone with me listening in. She lied directly to the [redacted] rep and told him that she never said such a thing. Why would I call back and forth 4 times if I hadnt been sent on a wild goose chase? Look at the attachment that I have included on this response from my bank statement. Clearly, all charges went directly to Allied/Economy Rent A Car. There are no charges for/from [redacted] at any point. Additionally, there is nothing noted before I showed up in person to the Allied service counter that I would be charged $8.50 daily if I used a debit card. Absolutely no warning. If I had known that ahead of time, I wouldnt have shown up. I would have cancelled. Once I got there and found out, it was 10:30pm and I had no other choice but to be stranded. What does taking a $400 deposit and lowering it to $300 do? I get that money back anyways, what does it actually do for me? Your company is clearly leading people on, adding charges at the rental counter that were NOT clearly notated in the beginning, and people are being overcharged and they are angry. Read all of your reviews! Read all of the F ratings on Revdex.com. I am not the only one. I am one of a large amount of customers turned sour. How do you sleep at night?

Good Day,I have spoken with the manager from the Ontario location, and she has confirmed there are big sign stating they cannot go into any other states. The manager also confirmed, she was present when the customer said they were only going to go to Nevada. The agent helping them explained they...

couldn't go to any other states beside the ones that were listed. It also says it on their rental agreement stating they agree to only go to the states of OREGON, ARIZONA, UTAH, NEVADA AND CALIFORNIA. They signed the contract agreeing with our terms and conditions. I have also sent a copy of the rental agreement stating the rule and conditions, and also the signature of the customer. I am sorry for the inconvenience.Sincerely,Allied and Economy Rent a Car

The rules and regulations were not stated prior to making the reservation. The website only provided that the miles we're unlimited. It was not until after I made the reservation that I received the rules and regulations in person when I went to pick up the car. I would not have made a non-refundable reservation if I knew that it was not truly unlimited or that an additional $20 daily fee would apply for unlimited mileage. This is a bait and switch situation that several other customers have complained about on Yelp as well.

The complaint has been resolved.

Thank you,

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any charges because the dodge dealer told us directly, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. With that said, we can't refund anything. We cannot do anything if the vehicle is in good condition.

Dear [redacted],
Please note Allied Rent A Car has not been holding you responsible for any body damage to the vehicle since you had insurance on your contractHowever since you left the car out of state we had to charge you $for the storage and $for the shipping of the car to our
office in CAAccording to your contract you were responsible to bring the car back to the same office at the end of your contract
The total amount charged to your credit card was only $and not $1000; and the detail of it is as I stated abovePlease feel free to contact us if you still have any disputes against this decision
Thank you,

We have rules and regulations stated before he booked the reservation. I have sent a screen shot of the mile restriction. Also, when a customer prepaids a reservation, it states in the rules and regulations there are no refunds. We do offer double mileage for $10 and unlimited mileage for $20....

Please let me know if you need anything else.
