I am sorry that, due to various reasons, I was unable to find the time to respond to you regarding this matter initially. However, it is important that you know that Ms. [redacted] and I have been working during this time to reach a satisfactory solution to the problem and I have been confident that Allied Roofing and Ms. [redacted] would come to a satisfactory solution, which has been done.
This problem arose initially as the result of sloppy work by a salesperson. That person was terminated months ago as soon as I became aware of the issues and I can assure you that similar issues will not arise in the future. Since then, I have been doing additional research and working with others here at Allied as well as the roofing materials suppliers (who also supply us with the warranties) in order to come up with an appropriate solution.
Ms. [redacted], several associates, and myself were eventually all able to get together and hammer out a solution which worked for all of us. Here at Allied Roofing, our reputation and our work are both important to us so I was certainly relieved to get this customer satisfied.
Please record my response with the Revdex.com file in regards to this matter. I certainly wouldn't want anyone to read the file and believe that this was a situation that was taken lightly,
