Our new roofing job was a challenging one due to a severely pitched roof. We received an estimate very quickly and the work was performed as promised in the estimate. The installers and owner were polite and professional. The workers cleaned up very well at the end of each day and were very respectful of our presence in and around the home. We were extremely pleased with the end result and would recommend them highly. I will need some work done on our cedar shingles in the future and plan to call them again.

This vendor replaced roofs at a condo complex in Palos. We have submitted multiple requests and work orders for warranty work and they will not even return the call. We have a warranty and can't get service.

I originally called *** Allied Roofing in August of 2016 because I noticed water stains at a point where the ceiling and the wall met and at the base of the wall. I now realize that this wall is encasing a vent from my stove that exits from a flat roof. I showed Bill the water stains and he said that I needed a completely new roof. His pricing was fair and I entered a contract to replace the roof (in addition to install siding and replace roofing for my sun room and bay window. He completed the jobs and provided a 10 yr warranty on all labor and materials.
On February 9th and 10th, the replaced flat roof was leaking profusely, requiring a tarp and several buckets to be placed in the room below. I shoveled the snow off of the roof on February 11th and called Bill to come and assess the problem. He came out on 2/16/18 while I was working, but did not call with his findings. I called and he stated that the leak was due to a low hooded vent attached to the roof and ice damning. I asked him to assist me in correcting the issue as I had never had a drop of water leak from the ceiling before the repair. He agreed and set an appointment, but failed the apt. I have since called over 11 times and sent numerous text messages that have not been responded to. He stated he would meet anytime next week and I provided two times. He called and attempted to make the first day/time, then did not respond to numerous calls/texts to confirm a later day. I have been extremely patient and accepting of this prior to filing this complaint. He/the company are not valuing their warranty nor his word. It is unfortunate, because I am satisfied with the other roof repairs and siding work they completed. I just want my leak (the original leak) and the cause of the most recent leak repaired as the work was not comprehensive and has failed within the 10 years that it was guaranteed.
