We have sent letters to their executive officers encouraging them to check on their processes (SWPs and SOPs and how they are actually executed), materials, technologies and logistics to pinpoint what happened and avoid further cost of poor quality (COPQ). Our case may not be an anomaly. Allied Shirts may actually have a systemic problem that is producing garbage printing that could cost your company big time once it’s discovered.

Greetings,I have been in touch with my production team in regards to your order, and also called and left a voicemail for you earlier today with an update, and the shirts are coming from our distribution facility in Ohio, so they should be arriving tomorrowWhen we spoke yesterday, I had not been told which facility they were coming from, but overnight I received an email letting me know.The order is set up still for Next Day Air and as soon as they shirts come in, they will be processedI cannot apologize enough for the delay, but I will get them out to you as soon as possible.Thank you for your patience

We reached out to the customer on 4/to inform them we were not able to print the exact colors they had on their shirt and presented them with two options we would be able to print with, and asked which color they preferred. The customer contacted us on 4/regarding his order and stated he
was not flexible with the colors on his order, our representative explained again we would not be able to print the specific color he was asking forThey advised the customer we would cancel and refund the order in full for them. team looks at it, they are just looking to see if what is on the shirt will print well. As the shirt was placed with the misspelling, we have not touched it and therefore, that is why it was printed like that.Here is what we can do to fix it. I am rejecting this response, but I am acknowledging the receipt. I have been trying for a month to purchase these shirts for an annual Special Olympic event. Because the shirts were not delivered, there were many disappointed athletes and I now have the expense of shipping them to the teams, once the shirts are delivered. To summarize a few of the problems, I was told that the shirts were there, but not printed. Then, I was told that they didn't have some sizes, which would cause a delay. Then, I found out that they didn't have the shirts at all. I kept being told the issue was with production, including no crews working on the Labor Day holiday. I also was told that our area didn't have overnight delivery or weekend delivery. However, there is, but there is an additional charge. My credit card was charged the entire cost on August 16th. The original delivery date was 9/2/15. Because of their inability to meet that deadline, I was given a credit. However, my card was not credited until 9/11/15, not the 3rd of September as promised. I am still patiently awaiting the delivery of May shirt order.
