Our Allied Shirts order was GARBAGE!
Our Allied Shirts' shirt printing is GARBAGE, our order was LATE, and we received an INCOMPLETE order! ALLIED SHIRTS FAILED IN BUILD A SIGN’S MISSION “TO EMPOWER EVERY INDIVIDUAL AND BUSINESS TO CONNECT WITH THOSE THAT MATTER MOST TO THEM”! ALLIED SHIRTS FAILED TO “IMPROVE TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH EXCEPTIONAL VALUE AND AN EXPERIENCE THAT FOSTERS A LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIP.”

We have sent letters to their executive officers encouraging them to check on their processes (SWPs and SOPs and how they are actually executed), materials, technologies and logistics to pinpoint what happened and avoid further cost of poor quality (COPQ). Our case may not be an anomaly. Allied Shirts may actually have a systemic problem that is producing garbage printing that could cost your company big time once it’s discovered.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to usI reviewed the notes on the order as well as the phone calls between you and our representativeInitially it looks like there was a delay in receiving the order and we refunded you in the amount of $(shipping plus an additional 15% off your order cost) because the order was arriving a day later than was originally requestedWhen speaking with our representative on 6/22/we confirmed the order had been delivered on 6/to the address provided but rejected by that office because they stated the product had not been orderedIt seems like you had the package delivered to a Fed Ex office and I am not sure if there were arrangements made with them to receive the packageWhen discussing if you still wanted the order you stated it was for a conference that was over on 6/and you would no longer need the shirtsWe stated we could refund you the cost of the order minus 20% because we had printed and shipped the items as you had ordered to the address you provided, since you did not need them anymoreYou again called on 6/26/and stated you would like to have the shirts but by this time we had received the package back and recycled them because initially you stated you no longer needed themDuring the last conversation with us, you were deciding whether you would have new shirts printed and because of that we did not file the second refundI am submitting the refund now for that remaining amountI have confirmed you have two refunds the initial refund of $for the delay of shipment and an additional refund of $for the remainder of your order (minus the 20% fee for production of the shirts) totaling $1187.84.Please let me know what additional questions

reprint would not resolve this issue. We reached out to the customer on 4/to inform them we were not able to print the exact colors they had on their shirt and presented them with two options we would be able to print with, and asked which color they preferred. The customer contacted us on 4/regarding his order and stated he
was not flexible with the colors on his order, our representative explained again we would not be able to print the specific color he was asking forThey advised the customer we would cancel and refund the order in full for them. The customer's order was canceled on 4/and a refund was processed for the full amount of his order for $

I am rejecting this response because:I was promised the shirt regardless of the refundI was not provided a refund because I was no longer receiving the shirtsI was provided a refund because your company screwed up leaving me empty handed in regards to special presents for my children at ChristmasThere were multiple companies I could have used to make these shirts and I choose yourWhen you ruined my Christmas gift I was essentiall given a refund for the problems you caused my family for Christmas not because I wasn't going to receive my shirtsI was told multiple times they were made and were in transitIt is your responsibility to provide what you said you were going to provide, the shirtsThere was an agreement regardless of the refund that they would be receivedIt is your mistake if they were not in transit or you screwed up on shipping and printing

I'm sorry to hear that the shirts did not arrive! We did offer to let you keep the shirts that were refunded as they were shown to be already be in transit. We're unable to set up for reprints to be sent out in addition to the full and complete refund that we've already issued for the

Greetings [redacted], I have pulled up your order and do not see that we have been contacted at all about the issues with your order, and we can certainly get this fixed for you. Normally, we do not check shirts for misspellings at all as some people intentionally misspell words, so when our art...

team looks at it, they are just looking to see if what is on the shirt will print well. As the shirt was placed with the misspelling, we have not touched it and therefore, that is why it was printed like that.Here is what we can do to fix it. We will cover the cost of the material and the printing, labor, and just ask that you pay the shipping cost on the new shirt wich is $11.53. I am rejecting this response, but I am acknowledging the receipt. I have been trying for a month to purchase these shirts for an annual Special Olympic event. Because the shirts were not delivered, there were many disappointed athletes and I now have the expense of shipping them to the teams, once the shirts are delivered. To summarize a few of the problems, I was told that the shirts were there, but not printed. Then, I was told that they didn't have some sizes, which would cause a delay. Then, I found out that they didn't have the shirts at all. I kept being told the issue was with production, including no crews working on the Labor Day holiday. I also was told that our area didn't have overnight delivery or weekend delivery. However, there is, but there is an additional charge. My credit card was charged the entire cost on August 16th. The original delivery date was 9/2/15. Because of their inability to meet that deadline, I was given a credit. However, my card was not credited until 9/11/15, not the 3rd of September as promised. I am still patiently awaiting the delivery of May shirt order.
