I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Mr*** keeps focusing on his credentials which are not the issue, the issue is the students get no credentials as they kept saying verbally and keep denying now according to the their website I able to sit to get certified with AWS I was never given that option and their certificate again is worthless which is unrecognized anywhere by employersSo what does that paper do for me or any attendee? Again remove all mention of certifying with AWS since it's not true and focus on the actual issue and please stop diverting the issue on an unrelated topicThe resolution is easy remove any mention of AWS on your website, print material, and verbally communications, it's not a request to stop operations, I have as well spoken with TWC in Austin to file a complaint and sent an email to the Texas governor's office and the Mayor's office for the city of BrownsvilleIf there is no resolution here I will pursue other channelsAgain THE ISSUE IS ATTENDEES NOT GETTING VALID CREDENTIALS NOT YOURS THE ATTENDEES' VALID CREDENTIAL VIA YOUR ADVERTISEMENT SO AGAIN REMOVE ANY MENTION OF AWS IN ALL YOUR COMMUNICATIONS AND CLEARLY COMMUNICATE TO FUTURE ATTENDEES THEY ARE NOT GETTING AN AWS CERTIFICATION AFTER THE FINISHPLAIN AND SIMPLE.
