Mr***'s file was one that did require more work, however there has been communication when necessary. His loans were in default which as a result took a lot longer to consolidate and get into a income based repayment planWhen he would call, he was asking for updates, which we
had none because we were waiting on the Department of Education to finalize his paperworkI have always called Mr*** back within a 24-hour periodOn October we still did not have an update for him and I left him a voice mail stating this.
We submitted all documents to the Federal Government (U.SDepartment of Education) on his behalf and that is why he was able to consolidate his loans and receive an income based planPer our contract, we issue refunds when a client does NOT receive a consolidationMr*** no only did received the services we agreed upon but we also successfully got his loans out of default and into good standing.

My wages are still being garnished, the paper work I sent to [redacted] that was supposed to be sent to [redacted] was never received. I spoke with [redacted] myself. They said my wages are going to continue to be garnished until further notice because [redacted] did not do his job. I want my contract with allied atudent loan services cancelled and I want a refund of all my money!! I cannot contact them they have disconnected their numbers or I would have already cancelled my contract.

Hello,We are surprised that [redacted] has filed a complaint. We resolved her student loan payments a few months ago. We worked out a repayment plan with her collection company ([redacted]) which will put a stop to her wage garnishments. I explained this to her over the phone and she...

was happy. We worked with [redacted] who is at the [redacted] and we worked out a plan for her to pay $5/month and after the 4th month they will stop the garnishment on her wages. The $5/m payments were for:1/292/143/144/14at which her garnishments ends. We have documentation to show all this also.Thank you,[redacted]
