I did not get anything from Allied Systems Biz, The order was for a "genuine *** *** *** *** drum kit " as per your website I have already checked with *** and the number you gave was from ** but you were not the sender and I cannot find that box/envelopeI checked the sender names on all the boxes that I have and there was nothing from Allied systems bizI have now ordered the same item *** *** *** *** drum kit from *** for only $including shipping so you can send me my refund of the $for the product not sent. I got nothing wih *** on it, or Alliedsystems as the senderMy other *** boxes were a modem from *** and a couple of boxes from ***. The confirmation stated " Genuine *** *** *** Black Drum" but the *** product code *** refers to a drum kit that also includes the cleaning blade, fixing plate, seals, and if it is Genuine *** *** as you state on the order it should include the drum kitAs soon as I got the confirmation I called your sales department and they said that it meant the drum kit and it was the genuine *** ***, and would include the cleaning blade etc. On closer inspection I see that (i) a 14" cardboard box weighs lbs and (ii)*** ground from Boston will not come in one day as the confirmation states shipped 10/5, delivered 10/unless it was the small envelope and (iii) the old drum of the *** estudio is 15.5" so the box you sent would have to be longer than to include packaging.Inline image 2 so what you say does not add up. I get a lot of magazines and brochures of office supplies, so I assume that if you sent me something else it may have been thrown away. I could wait for you any longer so I have ordered the *** *** DRUM & CLEANING BLADE KIT ESTUDIO,161, from wholesalecopierpart on *** and so you owe me a refund of the $68.75
