The reality of the situation is that we were unable to approve this merchant as per our legal and business guidelines as well as mandates by card brands and regulations.Part of our prerequisite for processing with us is a UK incorporationThe merchant proceeded to get one.However, we still were not
able to approve their account, not by personal issue or by choice, but due to regulations.How can we move forward with this complaint?

I am currently working with my Finance Team to get the merchant paid.There seemed to be some sort of misunderstanding.

Allied Wallet is not at fault for the complaint of the merchant. We will gladly refund their money, but Allied Wallet is only the payment processor for the merchant with which they bought the product.We only handle the payment processing and a secure means of payment between the merchant and the...

customer. The customer can contact us via [redacted] and we will gladly issue a refund. We only handle the billing for the site for which they may/may not have a valid complaint about.If the customer can tell us what the URL is for the site they bought the garcinia cambogia from, we can speak with the merchant and make sure they are being clear with their customers.

I have never sold one year subscription and its a story cooked up by allied wallet. they told me that they have letters from my customer stating that I have sold them one year subscription but when I asked allied wallet to send me the scan of those letters , they just stopped replying and they never sent me those letters .

Im also sending you the screen shot of the email that I received from allied wallet that clearly stated that my funds would be released on 15 of Jan 2014 and im now they are denying that.

Please also find the screenshot of the email where I asked them to send the scan of the letters of customer as stated by them but I have never heard back from allied wallet after that.

Use this place as a merchant. I do regret it. Nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. Constantly have to be reminded to deposit money into account, they always have some excuse. Would not recommend.
