Review: We stopped service with Allied Waste at the end of April, and requested that they remove their trash receptacle. Seven weeks later, it is still sitting in our driveway. My wife has called once a week for the last six weeks to ask it to be removed, with no results. Last week, she left a message for a supervisor, who never called back. At that point we also mentioned that we would contact the Revdex.com if nothing happened.Desired Settlement: Removal of the trash receptacle immediately.

Review: Garbage not collected on date assigned for two weeks in a row and when I called the customer sevice representative it took more than forty-five minutes before the phone was answered and when it was answered they do not know when it will be picked up, or why it was not picked up on the assigned date. A request to speak to a supervisor went unanswered.Desired Settlement: Garbage picked up as per agreement
