In response to Complaint #***, I've reviewed the customers account and file and found the following:On 12/8/15, we offered to reduce the monthly rate for client, customer refused our offer and within our policy and procedures when an account is under a current service agreement and refuses to
negotiate, we are to send via certified mail, a liquidated damages letter asking for buy-out of out current service agreement. On 12/30/15, we sent out a certified letter to client and although the mailing address was correct, it came back to our address as undeliverable. A second certified letter was mailed on 1/27/and that letter came back to our office "REFUSED". Our current valid customer service agreement on file is dated 7/1/which has an initial term of years and does roll-over for additional years. This service agreement is valid until 6/30/2017. We will close out this account since the customer does have a competitor on site which stop any future invoices from being created and billed

I am rejecting this response because:I am still getting e-mail stating that I owe money and need to make my payments. I want all the collection e-mails and phone calls to stop.

Per the agreement Mr [redacted] has with Republic services its states there is a container pickup fee of $55 plus a fuel and environmental charge he would be responsible for if he were to terminate agreement. Regardless of when the agreement was termed he would still owe these charges as we have to pick up...

our container from customers premises. Mr [redacted] was also confused about who owns the container. Republic owns the container. As a service we provide the container and the charges to our customer are for picking up their waste. Regardless Republic Services is going to credit Mr [redacted] charges for the full amount in good faith. He now has a zero balance.
