In spite of the fact there is a prominent no-smoking sign, when I, a customer, walked into State of [redacted], to my health detriment, I had to walk through smokers. One told me f-u when I mentioned in passing the no-smoking. As a100% service-connected disabled American Veteran, cigarette smoke is a detriment to my physical and mental health. I also did not feel safe nor happy after that as I am female, elderly, totally and permanently disabled, and on a cane. I found no guard, but, a supervisor, who after I explained what had just happened, called a guard. The AlliedBarton Security Services guard refused to help me. I was taken aback and explained, as a 100% service-connected disabled American Veteran, cigarette smoke is a detriment to my physical and mental health. I asked the guard's name. He refused. The AlliedBarton Security Services guard then deliberately retaliated against me, the customer, with an insult to my service with this disrespectful and insulting remark spoken derisively to me, his lips curled in a sneer you get the respect you earn. I now felt even less safe, less happy and not enjoying life.I reasonably went to an employee of AlliedBarton Security Services for help. I did not receive help. Instead, I received retaliation for exercising my rights afforded by The Constitution Of The State Of Nevada when I asked reasonably for help, and received instead, an insult to my military service.It takes the strength and courage of a warrior to ask for help. What does it take for AlliedBarton Security Services to help-out this Warrior-Veteran-In-Need? At only 7% of USA, every one of us American Veterans are rare and precious. At only 1/2% of USA, we lady American Veterans are even more rare and precious. 20,440 American Veterans attempt suicide each year, year-after-year-after-year. 8,033 succeed. Year-after-year-after-year. That's 22 American Veterans kill themselves each day because of a lack of getting the respect, help, and dignity earned, and safety, happiness and enjoyment of life constitutionally guaranteed. An American Veteran dead every 65 minutes. Hell has a special place reserved in it for AlliedBarton Security Services and its security guard Ben because AlliedBarton Security Services and Ben didn't Stand Up and Help this American Veteran-in-Need who went reasonably to them for help. AlliedBarton Security Services contribute to why us American Veterans attempt suicide and commit suicide. I am under VA medical care for such.Desired SettlementA written apology from AlliedBarton Security Services for their failure to help this American Veteran in-need who went reasonably to them for help, and their retaliation and deliberate insult to my military service for which I am 100% service-connected disabled.
